Nama : Pamor Faizal GhaniNPM : 1102014208Kelompok : B12Skenario Seorang ibu datang ke RS Pendidikan YARSI untuk berkonsultasi dengan seorang dokter spesialis penyakit dalam. Ibu tersebut mengeluhkan benjolan seperti gondok yang muncul di lehernya. Benjolan tersebut lunak, tidak nyeri, namun mengganggu. Dokter memvonis bahwa itu adalah kelenjar tiroid yang membengkak, namun ditemukan sel kanker yang jinak. Dokter mengatakan bahwa ibu tersebut kekurangan yodium. Dokter menyarankan untuk operasi pengambilan kelenjar tiroid yang mengandung sel kanker, lalu ibu tersebut mengatakan bahwa ekstrak kulit manggis dapat mencegah sel kanker.
Pertanyaan klinis (foreground question) :1. Apakah kandungan dalam kulit manggis efektif mencegah sel kanker datang kembali?
