MEMBUAT ARSIP DIGITAL AUDIO VIDEO DAN MELAKUKAN UPLOAD KE

YOUTUBE

Hai, reader!

Kali ini masih sama saya akan membahas sedikit materi yang telah saya pelajari pada mata

kuliah praktek pengelolaan arsip elektronik, yaitu cara membuat arsip digital video dan

menguploadnya di youtube.

Okay, sebenarnya itu hal yang sangat sederhana dan mudah banget dilakukan loh reader. Kita

semua pasti tau dong apa kegunaan dari aplikasi youtube, nah sekarang kita manfaatin tuh

kegunaan dari youtube untuk memberikan sesuatu yang bermanfaat untuk orang lain.

Minggu lalu, saya dan teman-teman membuat sebuah arsip digital video yang isinya adalah video

dosen saya pada saat sharing tentang bagaimana caranya membuat anak-anak dirumah tidak suka

menonton tv.

Lalu, setelah saya merekam melalui aplikasi video di smartphone saya, selanjutnya saya

melakukan proses upload ke youtube. Caranya mudah banget, simak langkah-langkah dibawah

ini yaaa:

1. Ketik di kolom URL, https://www.youtube.com

2. Setelah masuk dalam page youtube, selanjutnya sign ini youtube menggunakan google

accounts atau gmail. (kalau belum ada akun gmail, lebih baik buat akun gmail terlebih

dahulu ya reader..)

3. Setelah itu, klik tulisan “upload” yang ada di kanan atas page

4. Lalu, klik selects files to upload, seperti dibawah ini, dan jangan lupa ubah status video,

(public, unlisted, private)

5. Nah, setelah kalian klik selects files to upload, kalian tinggal unggah berkas yang ingin

kalian upload dari computer/smartphone.

6. Lalu, kalian akan masuk di page seperti di bawah ini

7. Jangan lupa isi judul video, deskripsinya, tandai video dan setelah video ter-upload, klik

publish

8. Dan, video selesai di upload

Mudah banget kan, reader?

Selanjutnya, setelah saya mengupload video tersebut ke youtube, saya share kembali di blog saya

dan saya sertakan linknya, yang bisa kalian lihat di postingan blog saya sebelumnya yaa

Oh iya, bagaimana cara menshare tulisan link di blog ya reader? begini caranya…

a. Klik tulisan “share” dibawah video yang sudah kalian upload di youtube

b. Lalu, setelah klik “share” akan muncul 3 pilihan, yaitu (share, embed, email) pilih

“embed” dan copy link yang di blok seperti gambar di bawah ini

c. Setelah itu, masuk ke akun wordpress kalian, klik “buat post baru” lalu “paste” pada

“HTML” seperti dibawah ini

d. Lalu, klik “tampilan” dan page akan berubah seperti di bawah ini

e. Setelah itu, sertakan judul dan tulis kembali apabila masih ada tulisan yang ingin di

sertakan, dan setelah itu klik “terbitkan”

Selesai di post deh, mudah sekali kan?

Nah, memberikan sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi orang lain itu banyak cara yang mudah loh

sebenarnya, asal kita memiliki niat dan kesungguhan serta keikhlasan, semua akan menjadi

mudah

Hi, reader!

This time, is still the same i will discuss a little matter that i have learned in the course of

electronic records management practices, namely how to create a digital archive of video and

upload in youtube.

Okay, actually it is something very simple and very easy to do, reader. We all know what the use

of the application of youtube, right? well now we can harnesss usefulness of youtube to provide

something useful for others.

Last week, my friends and I create a digital archive of video, the content is a video of my

lecturers at the time of sharing about how to make the children do not like watching TV at home.

Then, after I recorded by a video application on my smartphone, and then I do the upload to

youtube. It is so really simple, refer to the steps below, reader:

1. Type in the URL field, https://www.youtube.com

2. Upon entry into youtube page, then sign this youtube using google or gmail accounts. (If

there is no gmail account, better create a gmail account first, reader ..)

3. After that, click on "upload" in the upper right of the page

4. Then, click selects files to upload, and do not forget to change the status of the video,

(public, unlisted, private)

5. Well, after you click selects files to upload, you live upload a file that you want to upload

from your computer / smartphone.

6. Then, you will sign in page as shown above

7. Do not forget the contents of the video title, description, and mark the video after the

video is uploaded, click publish

8. And, the video has finished uploading

Easy right, reader?

Furthermore, after I uploaded the video to youtube, I share back at my blog and I include the

link, you can see in my previous blog post.

Oh yeah, how do I share an article link in the blog reader? here's how

a. Click on "Share" under the video that you've uploaded in youtube

b. Then, after clicking "share" will appear three options, namely (share, embed, email)

select the "embed" and copy the link in the block

c. After that, go into your wordpress account, click "create a new post" and "paste" on the

"HTML"

d. Then, click on "View" and the page will change

e. After that, include a title and write back if there are posts that you want to include, and

then click "publish"

post finished, easy right?

Well, providing something useful for others it is a lot of tablets is actually a simple way, as long

as we have the intention and earnest and sincere, all will be easy.
