PROTOKOLER / THE PROTOCOLS OF RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM TAHUNAN (“Rapat”) / ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS (“Meeting”) PT BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA TBK (“Perseroan”) / (the “Company”) Jakarta, 31 Agustus 2020 / Jakarta, 31 August 2020 Peserta RUPST diminta menunjukkan Surat Keterangan Uji Tes Rapid atau Tes Swab dengan hasil negatif/bebas Covid-19 dengan periode maksimum 3 hari sebelum Rapat serta mengisi Pernyataan Deklarasi Kesehatan yang disediakan oleh Perseroan. The AGMS participants are required to provide the result of a Rapid Test or Swab Test with negative / Covid-19 of maximum 3 days period before the Meeting and filling out the Declaration of Health provided by the Company. Pemegang Saham atau Kuasa Pemegang Saham yang tidak dapat menunjukkan hasil asli negatif atas Tes Rapid atau Tes Swab, akan ditawari untuk menguasakan kepada Pihak Independen. Shareholders or their proxy who cannot show the original negative results of the Rapid Test or Swab Test will be offered to grant authority to the Independent Party. Peserta RUPST diminta melakukan prosedur sterilisasi kesehatan (membersihkan tangan dengan hand sanitizer dan memakai masker serta sarung tangan). The AGMS participants are required to take health sterilization procedures (Use hand sanitizer and wear mask as well as hand gloves). 06 Tamu tiba di Gedung Muamalat Tower (Lobby Utama). Guests arrive in Muamalat Tower Building (Main Lobby). 02 Peserta RUPST diminta untuk menjalankan proses sterilisasi kesehatan bebas Covid-19. The AGMS participants are required to do Covid-19 health sterilization procedures. 03 Petugas meminta konfirmasi kepada Tamu sebagai Peserta RUPST atau Nonpeserta RUPST. The Official asks for confirmation of all guests as Participant or Non-Participant of AGMS. 04 05 Peserta RUPST akan diarahkan menuju eskalator untuk naik ke ruang rapat. The AGMS participants are further directed to the escalator to go to the Meeting Room Peserta RUPST diarahkan Petugas menuju meja registrasi Biro Administrasi Efek (BAE). Petugas akan memastikan penerapan physical distancing. The AGMS participants will be directed by the Meeting Officials to the Desk of Shares Registrar/BAE. The Meeting Officials will ensure the physical distancing. Peserta RUPST ditawarkan untuk menguasakan kepada Pihak Independen. The AGMS participants are offered to grant authority to the Independent Party. Peserta RUPST yang telah menguasakan kepada Pihak Independen akan meninggalkan ruang registrasi. The AGMS Participants who have granted authority to the Independent Party shall leave the registration room. Catatan Khusus/Special Remarks Peserta RUPST akan diarahkan menuju meja registrasi perseroan (untuk pembagian cindera mata). Petugas akan memastikan penerapan physical distancing. The AGMS Participants are escorted to the Registration Desk of the Company for distribution of souvenirs. The Meeting Officials will ensure the physical distancing. Peserta RUPST yang tetap hadir di rapat dipersilakan menuju ruang rapat. The AGMS participants intending to attend the Meeting in person are welcome to go to the Meeting Room. 10 11 12 13 14 15 Petugas memberikan bingkisan makan siang bagi Peserta RUPST serta memastikan physical distancing. The Meeting Officials distributes Lunch Box for the AGMS Participants and to ensure physical distancing. Peserta RUPST akan diarahkan menuju eskalator untuk turun menuju Lobby dan menuju ke pintu keluar Muamalat Tower. The AGMS Participants are directed to the escalator to the Lobby towards the exit of Muamalat Tower. Protokol Selesai / Protocols are Completed Dalam ruang rapat telah diatur jarak tertentu antar tempat duduk dengan tempat duduk lainnya. Peserta RUPST wajib mematuhi dan menempatkan tempat duduk yang telah diatur oleh Petugas. Seating arrangement in the Meeting Room maintains particular distance between one chair and the others. All AGMS Participants must comply and stay in the seats which have been arranged by the Officials. Setelah rapat selesai maka Peserta RUPST akan dipersilahkan keluar ruangan. Upon the completion of the Meeting the AGMS Participants are exiting the room. 08 09 07 Catatan Khusus/Special Remarks Semua Tamu wajib mematuhi protokol kesehatan Covid-19 yang sudah diterapkan oleh Perusahaan dengan selalu memperhatikan physical distancing dan pengecekan suhu tubuh. All guests are required to comply with the Covid-19 health protocol which has been implemented by the Company by always considering physical distancing and thermal checking procedures. Batasan suhu tubuh yang diperkenankan adalah 37,5 0 Celcius. The maximum body temperature allowed is 37.5 0 Celsius.
