Analisis SWOTStrength :

kapasitas produksi yang besar, distribution channel yang sudah dibangun pada tahun 1990, memiliki konsumen yang loyal, memiliki established relationship dengan event-event olahraga.

Weakness : kurangnya pemahaman akan distribution channel untuk meningkatkan citra dan prestige dari brand.

Opportunities : persepsi masyarakat bahwa pocari sweat memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu proses penyembuhan, serta pasar masih dalam tahap growth sehingga potensinya masih terbuka lebar

Threat : isu kesehatan mengenai keamanan jangka panjang bila mengkonsumsi minuman isotonik terkait isu bahan pengawet didalamnya.
