The purpose of this research was to identify various and physical condition of streetscape trees on mainroad of Malang City, specially on the North-South and The West- East line. Survey was conducted for six months and the data were analyzed by Grey and Deneke method. The result showed the streetscape trees on the North-South lane are more various than on the West-East lane. Trees of streetscape on the North-South lane were dominated by Pterocarpus indicus, Canarium amboinense, Pithecelobium duice, Delonix regia, and Swietenia mahagoni, with condition : 58% very good, 10% good, 27% bad and 5% very bad. On the West- East lane were dominated by Pterocarpus indicus, Canarium amboinense, Swietenia mahagoni, Caesalpinia pulcherima and Samanea saman with condition : 45% very good, 8% good, 34% bad and 13% very bad.
