Latar Belakang Perenia

Overview

Perenia didirikan tahun 2008 sebagai joint venture antara SMEC dan Pacific Hydro, menggabungkan pengalamannya sejak tahun 2000.

Pada tahun 2009, Mitsui & Co, Ltd of Japan menjadi shareholder ketiga, yang merupakan pemain di carbon markets sejak 2003.

Di Australia Perenia bermarkas di Sydney dengan kantor cabang di Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth.
