Untuk Transfer – Seluruhnya Nasabah sebagai Penerima DC Pertama yang tidak dapat dibatalkan secara sepihak mengajukan permohonan kepada HSBC untuk melakukan transfer DC dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang sama persis kepada Penerima Kedua. Dengan ini Nasabah melepaskan segala haknya terkait dengan DC. Nasabah setuju bahwa semua perubahan terkait DC yang sudah ada sekarang atau akan berubah di kemudian hari akan diteruskan kepada Penerima Kedua tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Nasabah. For Transfer – In Its Entirety. The Customer as the First Beneficiary of the DC irrevocably requests HSBC to effect a transfer of the DC on exactly the same terms and conditions to Second Beneficiary.The Customer hereby irrevocably renounces all rights in respect of the DC.The Customer agrees that all DC amendments whether now existing or hereafter made are to be advised direct to the Second Beneficiary without reference to the Customer.

Untuk Transfer Sebagian – Tanpa Penggantian Dokumen Nasabah sebagai Penerima DC Pertama yang tidak dapat dibatalkan secara sepihak mengajukan permohonan kepada HSBC untuk mentransfer sebagian DC kepada Penerima Kedua sesuai dengan syarat pada formulir ini dan tanpa penggantian dokumen apapun. Nasabah berhak menolak HSBC untuk meneruskan perubahan DC kepada Penerima Kedua. Namun, perubahan selanjutnya pada original DC dapat diberitahukan kepada Penerima Kedua tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada Nasabah, kecuali kenaikan nilai dan kuantitas barang, atau perpanjangan tanggal pengapalan atau masa berakhir Documentary Credit. For Partial Transfer-Without Substitution of Documents The Customer as the First Beneficiary of the DC irrevocably requests HSBC to effect a partial transfer of the DC to the Second Beneficiary in accordance with the terms of this application and without the substitution of any documents. The Customer retains the right to refuse to allow HSBC to advise amendments of the DC to the Second Beneficiary. However, future amendments to the original DC may be notified to the Second Beneficiary without the prior consent of the Customer except for any increase of the Documentary Credit amount or quantity of goods or any extension of shipment or expiry dates.

Untuk Transfer Sebagian – Dengan Penggantian Dokumen Nasabah sebagai Penerima DC Pertama mengajukan permohonan kepada HSBC yang tidak dapat dibatalkan secara sepihak untuk mentransfer sebagian DC kepada Penerima Kedua sesuai syarat pada formulir ini dan dengan penggantian dokumen dari Nasabah. Nasabah berhak menolak HSBC untuk meneruskan perubahan DC kepada Penerima Kedua. Pada saat atau sebelum draft dan dokumen Penerima Kedua dipresentasikan kepada HSBC, Nasabah harus menyerahkan kepada HSBC draft, Invoice dan dokumen lain (“Dokumen”) yang sesuai dengan DC agar Dokumen dapat ditukar dengan draft dan invoice dari Penerima Kedua. Jika Nasabah tidak dapat memenuhi, atas permintaan HSBC, untuk mengirimkan Dokumen atau Dokumen tersebut discrepant, HSBC berhak meneruskan invoice, draft dan dokumen lain dari Penerima Kedua kepada Bank Penerbit DC atau bank penjamin, jka ada, tanpa tanggung jawab atau kewajiban pada pihak HSBC (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, segala kewajiban dari pihak HSBC untuk membayar Nasabah atas selisih antara nilai invoice Penerima Kedua dan nilai yang bisa dibayarkan seperti tersebut pada DC). For Partial Transfer-With Substitution of Documents The Customer as the First Beneficiary of the DC irrevocably requests HSBC to effect a partial transfer of the DC to the Second Beneficiary in accordance with the terms of this application and with the substitution of documents for the Customer's account.The Customer retains the right to refuse to allow HSBC to advise amendments of the DC to the Second Beneficiary. On or before the date on which the Second Beneficiary's draft and documents are presented to HSBC, the Customer shall deliver to HSBC the Customer's draft(s), invoice(s) and any other required documents ("Documents") in compliance with the DC in order that the Documents may be substituted for the Second Beneficiary's drafts and invoices. If the Customer fails, upon HSBC's request, to deliver the Documents or the Documents are discrepant, HSBC is authorised to forward the Second Beneficiary's invoice(s), draft(s) and other documents to the DC Issuing Bank or confirming bank, if any, without any responsibility or liability on HSBC's part (including, without limitation, any responsibility on HSBC's part to pay the Customer for the difference between the amount of the Second Beneficiary's invoice(s) and the amount authorised to be paid under the DC).

Kami merujuk pada Ketentuan Perdagangan Standar (sebagaimana diubah dari waktu ke waktu) yang dapat diakses, dibaca dan dicetak oleh Nasabah pada/dari www.gbm.hsbc.com/gtrfstt atau sebagai alternatif Nasabah dapat meminta suatu salinan dari Relationship Manager-nya (Ketentuan Perdagangan Standar). Aplikasi ini merupakan bagian dari dan tunduk pada Ketentuan Perdagangan Standar seolah-olah ketentuan tersebut diatur secara lengkap dalam aplikasi ini, dan secara bersama-sama merupakan suatu perjanjian yang penting. Dengan menandatangani aplikasi ini Nasabah:

• dengan tidak dapat ditarik kembali meminta HSBC untuk memberikan jasa layanan perdagangan tersebut diatas sesuai denganinstruksi dalam lampiran ini; dan

• menegaskan bahwa Nasabah telah membaca dan memahami Ketentuan Perdagangan Standar dan menyetujui bahwa aplikasiini merupakan bagian dari Ketentuan Perdagangan Standar dan bahwa Ketentuan Perdagangan Standar berlaku terhadap permohonan jasa layanan perdagangan tersebut diatas. Ditandatangani untuk dan atas nama Nasabah: We refer to HSBC’s Standard Trade Terms (as amended from time to time) which can be accessed, read and printed by the Customer at/from www.gbm.hsbc.com/gtrfstt or alternatively the Customer can request a copy from its Relationship Manager (the Standard Trade Terms). This application incorporates and is subject to the Standard Trade Terms as though they were set out in full in this application, and together they form an important agreement. By signing this application the Customer:

• irrevocably requests HSBC to provide the above trade service(s) in accordance with the instructions in this form; and• confirms that it has read and understood the Standard Trade Terms and agrees that this application incorporates the Standard

Trade Terms and that the Standard Trade Terms applies to the above requested trade service(s). Signed for and on behalf of the Customer:
