Proses Bisnis dan Sistem Informasi
• Proses Bisnis : kumpulan pekejaan yang saling terkait untuk
menyelesaikan masalah tertentu. Suatu proses bisnis dapat
dipecah menjadi subproses yang masing-2 memiliki Input –
Proses – Output serta prosedur dan aktifitas. SOP (standar
operating procedure)
• Sistem : sekelompok komponen yang saling berhubungan, bekerja
bersama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama dgn menerima input serta
menghasilkan output dalam proses transformasi yang teratur.
• Sistem Informasi : Sekumpulan komponen yang saling berhubungan
(hardware, software, jaringan, database) mengumpulkan data,
mengolah, menyimpan dan mendistribusikan informasi untuk
pengambilan keputusan dan pengendalian dalam suatu oranisasi

(ERP) :
Sistem informasi yang diperuntukkan bagi perusahan
manufaktur maupun jasa yang berperan
mengintegrasikan dan mengotomasikan proses bisnis
yang berhubungan dengan aspek operasi, produksi
maupun distribusi di perusahaan bersangkutan.
Dengan sistem ERP sebuah industri dapat dijalankan
secara optimal dan dapat mengurangi biaya-biaya
operasional yang tidak efisien seperti biaya inventory
