3. Deployment MANAGER Position Responsibilities:

Deployment / Readiness Manager with experience in working at Customer Production site to manage Infrastructure and deployment related activities in a large BSS/OSS environment.

Deployment / Readiness Manager working directly with the CIM is expected to provide End-To-End support to division accounts for all Prod Rollout and Implementation aspects and work closely with the customer, site & off site infra, Application and OGS team, external vendors and sub-contractors to manage existing gaps and ensure readiness for Production rollout.

Deployment / Readiness Manager works closely with the On-Site Managerial team to guide a smooth and a timely readiness of the program into UAT and production till stabilization.

Deployment / Readiness Manager is expected to support multiple sites with frequent onsite travels.

Planning and Managing program wide deployment related requirements from scoping till prod rollout.

Work closely with the customer to obtain non-functional and legal requirements and ensure compliancy.

Define internal and external R&R’s between different parties participating in the site program.

Should be able to manage Study sessions with customer and cross vendors to understand and plan deployment dependencies.

Experienced with amdocs PRR methodology.

Manage Production Readiness sessions, program timelines and approve deployment plans.

Be familiar with all end to end systems for the required solution and be able to adhere to readiness issues with all stakeholders.

Good Background in managing program activities.

5. Java Developer Expert Position Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for writing and coding individual programmers from specific requirements. 2. Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents. 3. Perform coding to written technical specifications. 4. Investigate, analyze and document reported defects. 5. Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects. 6. Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. 7. Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates. 8. Performs related duties as assigned

Requirements (Skills/Abilities) 1. Hands On Experience in Java, J2EE Programming 2. Hands On Experience with Middleware Product, such as WEBLOGIC including application development

6. Testing Manager/Director:

Testing Manager with experience in working at Customer Production site to plan, lead and manage all on site test activities in a large and complex BSS/OSS environment.

Test Manager is expected to work directly with the CIM and closely with the customer, onsite and offsite testing and application teams, 3rd party vendors , PSM and sub contractors to support and rectify all test related problems and issues.

Test Manager works within the On Site Managerial Team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of the project into UAT and Production till stabilization.

Test Manager is expected to support multiple sites with frequent onsite travels.

Planning and managing testing requirements , identify tested components, affected interfaces, affected applications and specify the high level characteristics and purpose of the testing environments

Manage and control the changes in the contents of the environments - The tested software, interfaces, reference data, and business data.

Define and describe the testing functional testing service , and provide work instruction, guidelines and templates to perform functional testing projects

Define the strategy and activities for the Bill to Bill testing activity (B2B) within the entire Acceptance Test operation

Ensure the operational aspect of the production setup is in conformity with customer requirements and define the

testing automation services provided to customer.

Verify that the system meets its performance requirements, service continuity, and availability.

7. Business Analyst

Requirement: University degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

Good domain knowledge in Telecommunications (Online Charging, Billing, Service Fulfillment or Service Assurance)

Capable of strategic and tactical thinking and proposing solution trade offs to meet Customer requirements

Experience of customer-facing work including presentations to a technical audience; able to work confidently in the customer environment

Knowledge of the SDLC, ETOM and ITIL and experience in standards to document business processes and flows

Very good presentation skills both written and spoken (English) combined with ability to facilitate and present technical and business information at workshops

8. Integration

Requirements: Ability to work in very dynamic environment Strong team player with excellent personal skills. Strong ability to multi-task. Excellent knowledge in Unix including shell scripting. Good knowledge of Oracle database. Good command in PL/SQL. Proven experience in system troubleshooting. Familiarity with SW and HW architecture and different platforms HP, NT, Linux and etc.

9. Senior Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities: Investigation for the failure/issue, follow-up with all groups needed & communicating all issues to management. Monitor daily activities to ensure that batch production runs smoothly and service level agreements are met. This includes Usage processing, Billing issues/ rejects and all End Of Day failures/issues. Automate any manual work performed using Shell/Perl script embedded with Oracle queries. Create and maintain new scripts for handling priority issues. Handle special projects as needed. This will involve Unix Shell scripting with embedded Oracle SQLs. Note: Shift based employment and on call support

10. Software Tester Position Responsibilities: 1. Participates in an initial consultation with his internal or external client, for the purpose of

understanding the scope of a project.

2. Either independently or in a group setting, he creates a testing plan based on the parameters outlined during the client consultation.

3. The tester actively uses the software that he is testing, using every function and tool, searching for results regarding performance, reliability, bugs and any other failures.

4. Detailed metrics are recorded and monitored to track the progress and outcomes of the testing process.

5. Testing status is communicated either verbally or in writing to his manager or directly to the client.

6. At the conclusion of testing, he/she may make recommendations, debug failures and perform other tasks required by his client.

Requirements (Skills/Abilities) 1. Hands On Experience in Testing methodology, such as automata 2. Good understanding of use case diagram within the OOP concept

3. Knowledgeable in System Test, Load Test and Performance Test 4. Hands On Experience on UNIX System 5. Familiar with standard testing tools such as Load Runner
