Poliry on lntegrity and Transparency in the Office of Agricuttural Economics
Adhering to the Royal Decree on Criteria and Procedures for Good Governance,
8.E.2546 and the National Anti-Corruption Strategy - Phase 3 (8.E. 2560 - 2564) mentioning
"Zero Toterance & Ctean Thaitand", government organization must attach great importance
on good governance, as we[[ as integrity and transparency.
The Office of Agricuttural Economics hereby dectares the pol.iry and measures on
integrity and transparenry to be the standard and guideline for executives and officers as
fottows:
1. Transparency

1.1) Providing, disctosing and accessing information
1.1.1) lmproving information center according to the Official. lnformation
Act, B.E. 2540 that the information shoutd be easily and promptty accessible for customers
and stakeholders
1.1.2) Disctosing information, via r,nrur,ur.oae.go.th, comptetely, timety,
clearty and certain[y through various channels
1.2) Emphasizing and ptacing importance on customers and stakehotders
engagement in the Office of Agricuttural Economics working process
7.2.7) Estabtishing and dectaring standard for service, principte,
procedure and work manual through various channels which can be comptied, monitored
and reviewed.
1.2.2) Providing opportunities for stakeholders to take part in expressing
opinion in formutating ptan/project in line with the Office of Agriculturat Economics mission

Economics must be disseminated through channels of the Office of Agricuttural Economics
for customers, stakeholders and generaI pubtic acknowledgernent.

response customers or people
2.2.1) The content shoutd be included such issues as framework and
step of work management and further action for [ow resutt-based officers.
2.2.2) Setting up the criteria on result-based eva[uation.

performance evatuation must be carried out with standard and in line with strategy of the
Office of Agricul.tural Economics. A[so, officers wil.[ be fairly rewarded according to the
performance by creating the guideline in compliance with the guidetine of the Office of the
Civlt Service Commission and the Office of the Publ.ic Sedior Devetopment Commission'
5.3) Budget management
The policy of the.government must be disseminated throughout the
department. Under the accountabte control system, the operations must be monitored, and
driven according to the ptan by executives at a[L levels.
5.4) Work assignment with equal. and non-discrimination
The guideline and standard of work assignment, as wetl as perflormance
monitor system must be created and informed to officers by executives at al.[ Levets in order
