Rotary Joints and Slip RingsKevlin's rotary joints and slip ringsare passive rotating transmissionlines designed to pass DC and RFsignals between the stationary androtating sections with minimaldegradation. They are true electromechanical devices.

Kevlin is currently supplying rotary joints to the
United States FAA and many other countries including
Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and China.
Most of these are economical, non-developmental units.
Kevlin’s ATC experience in the design and manufacture
of rotary joints has allowed radar system manufacturers
to better penetrate international markets.
Kevlin’s in-house capability includes all the test equipment
necessary to provide a rotary joint that meets or exceeds
the exacting standards required in the ATC marketplace.
This includes complete, in-house, high-power and
environmental test facilities.
Kevlin’s rotary joint subsystems incorporate the latest
