The Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) of the IQAC Year 2017-18
All NAAC accredited institutions will submit an annual self-reviewed progress report to NAAC, through
its IQAC. The report is to detail the tangible results achieved in key areas, specifically identified by the

The AQAR and the Minutes of the College Management & IQAC Committee were presented
by the Principal in the meeting of the Executive Committee. He highlighted the support
received from the DST for INSPIRE, NITI Aayog & DST Rajasthan for National Conferences,
starting of the PGD in Yoga Education and sanction of starting of the PG courses in Arts.
The members received the report with appreciation and desired to complete all the
activities proposed in the strategic plan.
The AQAR was got approved by the Executive Committee with the comment that more skill
development courses and games related activities be planned.

2.12 How does IQAC Contribute/Monitor/Evaluate the Teaching & Learning processes:
The College has adopted a system of monitoring the classes on daily basis through Daily Administrator.
The system has worked very well. He submits the report about holding of the classes. The subject teachers
also give daily report and thereafter monthly report mentioning coverage on the mile stones. The HoDs and
the Principal review the mile stone periodically. The IQAC also review the Mile Stones on random basis.
The teachers submit the monthly report about the course which includes coverage, methodology,
assignment given, test conducted, material given etc. The random feedbacks from the students are also

Report of the Feed Back Analysis
There is strong structured feedback mechanism in place in the institution. The periodcal feedback taken
from all stakeholders and anlysed for taking necessary actions. The management is also very particular
about eh feedback and the action taken. The IQAC has been active in monitoring the action taken by the
concerned authority. During the report period the feedback were taken, analyzed and following actions
taken:
The IQAC introduced a system of getting the feedback from all the students about various aspects of the
infrastructure and the academics. The students responded satisfaction about the orientation
programme, when they entered the college. They learnt all the rules and activities including the
membership of the cells.
The students submitted the feedback on the teaching methodology and also rated individual teacher
teaching the courses. The majority of the teachers have been rated high between 3-5 on the 5 point
scale. The teacher teaching compulsory English and few others were poorly rated as such he was
replaced along with 3 other teachers. The students wanted additional classes in accountancy which
were arranged.
The student’s expressed difficulty in viewing the board in one class room due to light reflection, the
curtains were provided in the class room and windows were shaded. There was demand of providing
LCD in one more class room, which was provided to enable the teacher to teach using PPT.
The teacher teaching the courses in B. Com. courses submitted requisition to procure th books
containing the topic on GST, the library purchased 30 volumes of the book. The BBA faculty wanted to
subscribe one more journal, which was done.
The BCA faculty wanted new version of LINEX software, which was also done.
The IQAC receives monthly academic an activity reports and take action if any points is raised.
The analysis of the Course Completion report submitted by each teacher for a subject was done by the
IQAC. The teachers submitted the innovative ideas adopted for the teaching and also in some cases the
teachers gave Field Project and submitted the reports.
On the request of the students, coaching was started by a professional coaching institution for Bank
recruitment. The training has been proposed in the session 2018-19.
The placement companies visited for the interview suggested the need of improvement in English
communication.
The final year students highlighted the comfortable stay in the college expressed their satisfaction about
the facilities and faculty, including the activities and provision of Mentor. They were also with the
working of the grievance cell for redresser of the problems.

Best Practices
Best Practices 1: Promoting the National Mission of Gender Sensitivity:
The management of the College has been very sensitive to the gender issues and organizes
several activities for the women in the society. A Women Support Cell has also been formed to
look after the interests of women and also to deal with the cases of the women harassment.
Besides holding talks for women & health, the International women’s’ day has been celebrated
in befitting manner. In view of the Prime Minister’s special mission on women, beti bachao, beti
padhao, the year has seen launching of new initiatives for the women, which are described
below.
NCW Sponsored Quiz competition: To create awareness
about the constitutional provisions of legal rights of the
women, the National Commission on Women announced a
quiz competition to be organized at college level. The
management being sensitive to the issue organized Expert’s
Talk on the issue. The talks were delivered by Mr. Subhash
Sharma, Artist, Nagar Nigam, Udaipur, Dr. Rashi Mathur,
Ms. Raksha Sharma and Mr. Shamil Shekh.
The students and staff were also suggested to go through the link provided on the website of the
NCW. Thereafter, a quiz was given to the interested students on the topic. Of 70 students
participated in the quiz on 24th
November 2017, all done well and best eight students were
rewarded.
Daughters are precious - The Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan joined hands with the
district
administration and organized a talk on the
Daughter’s Day. The talk was delivered by Dr.
Shelendra Chundawat, Dr. Vaishali Saini and Dr.
Vaibhav Sharma, with the theme “Daughter’s are
Precious’’. The state government has launched a
scheme known as ``Rajshree Yojna” & ``Sukanya
Samridhi Yojna’’ where the state government
gives support for girl child’s education, this was
highlighted by Dr. Vaishali. The CMD Dr. Seema
Singh announced the Aishwarya Balika Samman
to be organized every year.
Aishwarya Balika Samman Samaroh: To give respect to school going girls and encourage them
to continue their studies, this year a new annual feature been proposed, named as Balika

Samman Samaroh. The 24th
January has been declared as day for Balika, as such it has been
planned to keep this celebration on 24th
January every year. However, this year being the first, it
was organized on 17th
February 2018. The Schools of the town were contacted for nominating
the talented girls of their schools. The response was received from the 20 schools nominating
220 girls who excelled in academic, games and other activities.
The guests present on the occasion were Dr. Rashmi Bohra Regional Director VMOU, Dr.
Sweety Chhabra Chairperson Dhrishti Foundation, Dr. Shweta Dubey President Women ITI,
Maoli and the function was presided by Dr. Seema Singh. The Chief Guest spoke such activities
will curb the atrocities on women & girls and help them to get a respectable place in the society,
besides continuing their education. The programme was appreciated by many organizations and
people, as it was the only award given in the town.
International Women Day: The 8th
March has been celebrated by the College as the International
Women’s Day organizing several activities for the honour of the women. This year, keeping
centre on recent women related national issues; Ms. Raksha Sharma delivered a talk on status of
women laws to protect the women. The meet was organized in collaboration with the Rotary
Udai and Regional Centre of VMOU. The Chief Guest during this year’s programme was Dr.
Rashmi Bohra. The other speakers were Ms. Meera Majumdar of District Court, who highlighted
the provisions in Indian Judiciary to safe guard the life of women. The participants were given
an oath by the Chief Guest to honour the women.
Senior Citizen’s Computer Training:The College for last several years has been organizing the
Senior Citizen’s Computer literacy training. The Pensioner’s Society helps in nominating the
trainees and also gives publicity to it. From the year 2016-17, the women were also allowed in
the training thus increasing the computer literacy among women. This year out of 35 trainees, 13
were women.
The support to women and girl child through these promotional activities will aprt from creating
an awareness in the society but will boost their morale.

Best Practices 2: National Mission of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (Education for All):
Participating in the National Mission of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, the Management decided to
encourage schools, students & teachers, motivating them to continue their education. The
following activites were organsied for the school students & teachers:
Organization of INSPIRE Camp: For promoting Science education among school going
students, the College organized an INSPIRE Internship Training Camp during October 3-7,
2017. The camp was attended by 150 students who were given extensive training in recent
scientific studies & research by national and eminent scientists. The students of 12 schools
participated in the camp. The out come of the camp was development of the interest of the
students in science education as the students solved their doubts about the various areas of study
of the science.
Meritorious Awards: As has been done every year, this year also the college recognized
meritorious students of various schools. The students who secured good performance in XI
examinations in the stream of Arts, Science and Commerce were identified by the school
Principals and they were given memento and certificate in the function organized on 19
September 2017.
Protshan Purskar: The school teachers, who are actively involved in mentoring t and motivating
the studnts in various academic and other activities, were selected by the school management for
the felicitation function organized on 8th
May 2018.
Inter School Youth Festival: All the universities are celebrating the Youth Festivals every year
but the school students, who have talent, are deprived of showing their performance at central
level where they can compete with the other schools. Therefore, it was decided to organize Inter
School Youth Festival, Anuranjani Music Awards and Inter School Dance Competition.

Inter School Youth Festival: To encourage the school students to compete in cultural and other
activities at inter school level, as being done at college and University level, ACES came
forward and announced the IYF. The competitions were organized in two groups, Class VI to
IX and Class X to XII, besides Nursery students, the two days festival, activities organized
included Music Competition, fireless cooking, project making, card making, paint brush, one act
play, fancy dress, thali decoration, envelop making, essay writing, extempore poster making face
painting rangoli, mehndi, pot making, healthy baby, hindi/English writing, flower decoration,
display of personal collection etc organized on 9th
May 2018.
The nursery Students dressed in fruits and vegetables as per theme of the fancy dress, they were
judged on several parameters for healthy baby and also made colourful drawing. The students of
V to VIII participated in writing, dressed as cartoon, made colourful painting and gave several
other performances.
The students of Class VI to IX participated in project making on computer and fireless cooking.
Encouraging the talent of Music, the College announced the Anuranjani Music Awards for the
school students during the youth festival. The students performed very well in vocal- Filmi,
classical & folk and instrumental music. The programme on 8th
May 2018, attracted 43
participants from various schools.

Inter School Dance Competition: The inter School Dance competition was held in two phases.
The first phase on 10th
May 2018 was the semi final with participation of 15 teams including
junior & senior groups. This was followed by the final on 11th
May 2018 where 3 teams of junior
and 3 teams of senior group.
The programme was enthusiastically attended by 35 schools with participation of more than 475
school boys & girls.
These activities are our little contribution to keep going `Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan’ of the
government.

This introductory course presents an overview of both the general history of
photography and the progression of techniques from photography's
beginnings in the early 20th century to its use in the present day. Students
investigate both technical aspects and aesthetic presentation with an
emphasis on relating past movements to current trends.
A basic knowledge of camera controls, lighting, exposure.
