Simple, Systematic way to Save KPMG Partner Program
Planning – A holistic approach to Wealth Management
Each relationship can begin with a full service financial plan which will incorporate all KPMG retirement plans, outside assets and most importantly the goals that you and your family wish to attain. This can include an in depth look at your current investments, liabilities, insurance and trust and estate documents and how they are working to help you pursue your goals.
Investments – Partnership in Action
KPMG partners face unique challenges when investing, one of which is the requirement to invest in a KICs-cleared portfolio. We offer you a simple, systematic way to save, while enjoying professional management on a reduced fee structure.
The Matina Group drew upon our 15 year relationship with KPMG, to build a comprehensive solution that simplifies the investment process and makes it easy to build a conflict-free discretionary portfolio. UBS has collaborated with BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, to create customized portfolios utilizing three asset allocation models. This dynamic suite of 16 model portfolios aims to achieve specific objectives, such as increased income for retirement, while managing for key market risks.
In addition, you have access to the full range of other UBS products and services at discounted (30-70%) fees based upon the product. UBS has open architecture, which allow us to offer the best thinking and implementation of strategies from a range of third party providers.
Lending – Financial flexibility when you need it
As a Private Wealth client, KPMG partners have access to a source of liquidity for their personal needs. As part of the suite of discounts for KPMG partners, credit line utilizations will receive a preferential rate usually reserved for credit lines of $5-10 million.
Mortgages
KPMG partners enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated team of Private Wealth Mortgage Specialists, as well as a $500 credit towards closing costs and discounts on the stated rate.
11
Financial/Retirement Planning
• Each KPMG Partner relationship can begin with an all-encompassing Financial / Retirement Plan. This plan
is done at no cost to you and upon request, we can update the plan to address personal and professional
changes in your Estate, Investments, Insurance and Education Planning needs.
• After a comprehensive review of the your personal balance sheet and conversation surrounding risk, we
along with the help of our Financial Planning, Trust & Estate, Life Insurance and Retirement specialists
develop appropriate strategies to pursue both short and long term goals.
• Our UBS Financial Goal Analysis planning tool uses sophisticated analytics to discover more about your
needs, wants and wishes and identify whether or not your strategy is on track. The tool also uses a Monte
Carlo model which runs 10,000 lifetime scenarios to illustrate the probability of success of achieving
retirement goals.
• UBS provides advice beyond investing by helping assess your financial priorities. As your needs and
objectives change, we can help modify your strategies for wealth accumulation, wealth preservation and
wealth transfer.
The FGA report is based on various assumptions including financial information, personal preferences and other information provided by the client. The report details the assumptions upon which the plan is based. Important: The projections and other information generated by FGA regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results, and are not guarantees of future results.

PMP is a wrap fee advisory program in which our Financial Advisors manage client accounts on a discretionary basis. PMP is designed for clients who (i) want to delegate portfolio management discretion to their Financial Advisor; (ii) are looking to implement a medium to long-term investment plan; and (iii) prefer the consistency of fee-based pricing.
PMP is not appropriate for clients who: (i) want to maintain trading control over their account; (ii) seek a short-term investment; (iii) want to maintain consistently high levels of cash, money market funds, or invest primarily in no-load mutual funds; (iv) want to maintain highly concentrated positions that will not be sold regardless of market conditions; or (v) who anticipate significant withdrawals from the account.
As a firm providing wealth management services to clients, we are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser and a broker-dealer, offering both investment advisory and brokerage services. Though there are similarities among these services, the investment advisory programs and brokerage accounts we offer are separate and distinct, differ in material ways and are governed by different laws and separate contracts. It is important that you carefully read the agreements and disclosures that we provide to you about the products or services we offer. While we strive to ensure the nature of our services is clear in the materials we publish, if at any time you seek clarification on the nature of your accounts or the services you receive, please speak with your Financial Advisor. For more information, please visit our web site at www.ubs.com/workingwithus. Private Wealth Management is a business unit within UBS Financial Services Inc.
In providing financial planning services, we may act as a broker-dealer or investment adviser, depending on whether we charge a fee for the service. The nature and scope of the services are detailed in the documents and reports provided to you as part of the service. Financial planning does not alter or modify in any way a client's existing account(s) or the terms and conditions of any account agreements they may have with UBS. For more information speak with a Financial Advisor.
Exchange traded funds are sold by prospectus. For more complete information about a fund, including the investment objectives, charges, expenses and risk factors, contact your Financial Advisor for a free prospectus. The prospectus contains this and other important information that you should read carefully before investing.
Investors should be aware that the value of exchange traded funds changes from day to day. Therefore, an investment's return and principal value will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed or sold, may be worth more or less than their original cost. ETFs seek investment results that, before expenses, generally correspond to the price and yield of a particular index. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the index can be fully matched. ETFs are subject to tracking error and may be unable to sell poorly performing stocks that are included in their index. ETFs may trade in the secondary market at prices below the value of their underlying portfolios and may not be liquid.
The strategy involves investments in exchange traded funds and other pooled investment vehicles which carry internal management and administrative expenses borne by shareholders. Those fees are in addition to the advisory fee you pay for the Portfolio Management Program. Program fees will not be reduced or offset by these fees. These additional fees will reduce the overall return of your account. You may be able to purchase those securities directly in the open market without incurring the program fee. Please review the applicable prospectus and offering documents carefully for a detailed description of the additional fees associated with these securities.

Credit Lines are provided by UBS Bank USA, an affiliate of UBS Financial Services Inc. Credit Lines are full recourse, demand loans and are subject to credit approval and collateral maintenance requirements. The lender can demand repayment at any time without notice. If the required collateral value is not maintained, the lender can require you to post additional collateral, repay part or all of your loan and/or sell your securities. Failure to promptly meet a request for additional collateral or repayment or other circumstances (e.g., a rapidly declining market) could cause the lender to liquidate some or all of the collateral supporting the Credit Lines. Any required liquidations may result in adverse tax consequences. You are personally responsible for repaying the Credit Line in full, even if the value of the collateral is insufficient.
Credit Lines may not be used directly or indirectly to purchase, trade or carry securities or to repay debt (a) used to purchase, trade or carry securities or (b) to any affiliate of UBS Bank USA. Additional limitations and availability may vary by state. Prepayments of Premier Fixed Credit Line loans will be subject to an administrative fee and may result in a prepayment fee.
You should consult your legal and tax advisors regarding the legal and tax implications of borrowing using securities as collateral for a loan. For a full discussion of the risks associated with borrowing using securities as collateral, you should review the Loan Disclosure Statement that will be included in your application package.
