Berhubungan Dengan Perilaku Deteksi Dini Kanker Leher Rahim Metode Inspeksi Visual
Asetat (IVA) Pada Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) di Wilayah Puskesmas Koordinator Kelurahan
Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat Tahun 2015.
Semua jawaban yang diberikan dipergunakan untuk keperluan penyusunan skripsi
dengan data yang lain, dan tidak akan mempengaruhi keberadaan ibu serta dijaga
kerahasiaannya.

C. Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) Tentang Deteksi Dini Kanker Leher Rahim

1 Kanker leher Rahim merupakan penyakit adanya sel-sel ganas pada leher
rahim .
2 Gejala kanker leher rahim yang paling utama adalah keputihan yang terus
menerus dan perdarahan setelah senggama.
3 Faktor resiko yang dapat meningkatkan menderita leher rahim
diantaranya wanita dengan ibu atau saudara perempuan yang
menderita kanker leher Rahim,Melakukan hubungan seksual
sebelum usia 20 tahun dan Banyak pasangan seksual.
4 Kanker leher rahim bukan disebabkan oleh virus papilloma.
5 Pencegahan kanker leher rahim diantaranya dengan imunisasi, hubungan
seks yang sehat, periksa IVA atau papsmear.
6 Manfaat melakukan deteksi dini kanker leher rahim adalah hanya untuk
meningkatkan kunjungan puskesmas dan sebenarnya kurang bermanfaat.
7 Jika gejala pra-kanker ditemukan, kejadian kanker leher rahim yang lebih
parah tidak dapat dicegah.
8 Penyakit kanker leher rahim dapat menyebabkan kematian
9 Pemeriksaan untuk mengetahui adanya gejala kanker leher rahim adalah
dengan pemeriksaan IVA dan Papsmear.
10 Pemeriksaan IVA merupakan nama lain dari pemeriksaan kehamilan.
11 Manfaat pemeriksaan IVA adalah mencegah kehamilan.
12 Hasil pemeriksaan IVA disebut negatif artinya tidak ada sel-sel ganas
pada leher Rahim.
13 Pemeriksaan IVA disebut positif artinya iritasi pada leher rahim
14 Seorang wanita mulai melakukan pemeriksaan IVA segera setelah
menikah/ melakukan hubungan seksual.
15 Sebaiknya seorang wanita melakukan pemeriksaan IVA setiap 5 tahun
sekali.
16 Pemeriksaan IVA biayanya lebih murah disbanding jenis pemeriksaan
deteksi dini kanker leher rahim yang lain.
17 Pemeriksaan IVA dilakukan pada organ kewanitaan bagian dalam.
18 Butuh beberapa hari untuk tahu hasil pemeriksaan IVA
19 Pemeriksaan IVA berbahaya.
20 Puskesmas Koordinator Kelurahan SawahBesar menyediakan pelayanan
