A commonly asked question , "How has OOMMAA Group managed to thrive so much in such little time ? "My response to this is: as the Chairman of OOMMAA Group of Companies, I have been steering the business towards corporate prosperity and recognition since 2002, in the industry of contracting, manpower supply, trading, facility management & recruitment. I have traveled to numerous countries to inquire and determine the key to success of peer companies in these elds.

OOMMAA initiated its journey with only 4 employees in the UAE, in 2005 and today we are proud to have established 21 companies in the Middle East and across the globe with more than 1,000 employees. Our vision and commitment aims to consistently provide exceptional quality of work that is punctual, dependable and nancially productive lead by a team that is available constantly I was able to guide OOMMAA in achieving its success by embeddingthe following core values that I strongly believe in based on my life experiences:

Key priorities of OOMMAA Group are maintaining health, safety and the provision of quality services. To ensure this is maintained, we follow strict country based government rules, regulations, and procedures for all employees based on their rights which support us in improving our performance as a multinational company.

Chairman’s Message

In our effort to secure the efficient implementation of quality in the company, OOMMAA has

made the following policy decisions: all activities performed in the course of construction and

execution of projects shall be in accordance to contract’s document requirements and the

governing national and international codes and regulation and to the company’s Quality

Manual. The Quality Assurance Program shall be applicable to all projects and shall be

adopted for specific needs of the project as per the contract documents. During contract

execution and guarantee maintenance period, all our concerned staff are ready to provide

all required help, guidance, advice and services to our customers as per the contract

requirements. Our goal is to provide and maintain our supplied product and services in the

required quality. Our customer service is always available to ensure that any complaints will

be dealt with.

HSE POLICY

ACCIDENTS ARE PREVENTABLE. Health, safety, and environmental protection form an integral

part of the business objectives. Managing health, safety, and environmental protection is a

line responsibility. OOMMAA will strive to implement this policy through company strategies,
