1. Please read Exhibition Guidelines carefully. The information it contains will help you to
organize things better.
2 Kindly place your orders for essential services to the relevant contractors as per deadline like
On-Site Handling of Exhibits, Additional Furniture, Power and Air Connection, etc. and make
requisite payments in-time to ensure that your orders are executed. Carry copies of all order
forms to the exhibition. The Organisers do not guarantee any services for emergency
orders placed on site.
3. Exhibitors deducting TDS should submit the TDS Certificate in original. If the amount of TDS
deducted is not reflected in TAGMA's 26AS, such amount will be treated as outstanding and
the Exhibitor will be liable to pay the same.
4. For various requisitions and official communications with organisers, exhibitors letterheads and
official rubber stamp is a must. During the exhibition period all exhibitors are advised to bring
with them their letterheads and rubber stamp.
5. The administration of Exhibition halls will be controlled from the Organisers office. The
organiser shall appoint Hall Directors who will be stationed in respective halls. Exhibitors may
contact them for any assistance before, during and after the exhibition.
6. To achieve uniformity in display and appearance of the entire exhibition and to ensure proper
presentation of all exhibits, Exhibitors are advised to strictly follow the guidelines for stand
construction, decoration and display specified by the organisers.
7. Since 2017, NESCO has introduced new rules with regards to the food and catering services.
As they have their cafeteria, no outside food is allowed in the venue. Water, cold drinks and
snacks have to be purchased from NESCO and this is applicable to organisers, exhibitors and
visitors.
8. Ultimate authority on the Premises: The Organiser shall be responsible for and be entitled to
act as the owner of the premises throughout the tenancy period. The decision of the organiser
on any problem or dispute will be final.

ON SITE ARRANGEMENTSUSEFUL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
Kindly instruct your transporter / contractor / forward to abide by the below regulations and co-operate with
all the official agencies and specially the security agency.
1. All trucks / trailers are to enter the venue through GATE NO 1 only.
2. Movement of trucks / trailers inside the venue will be permitted as per the Time Table.
3. All trucks / trailers after entering the venue must be parked at the “TRUCK PARKING LOT”
4. The exhibitor must approach the onsite coordinator who will be seated inside Hall no 1. Kindly approach
the agency only after your vehicle has entered the venue along with the truck number and consignment
document(s) to be filled in the Forwarding Order Form.
5. A “GATE PASS” will be issued to the exhibitor after assessing the status and feasibility of movement
within the hall.
6. The gate pass will clearly indicate the “GATE NO” for entry of the truck / trailer into the hall.
7. Security agency at the truck parking barriers have been strictly advised to release the truck / trailer only
against a gate pass and in an orderly manner after confirmation from the onsite forwarder. Your co-
operation is solicited.
8. After entering the hall, the gate pass is to be handed over to the onsite forwarders supervisor (who will
be in Maroon T-shirts) who will provide the requested services.
9. IMMEDIATELY after the truck/trailer is offloaded you are to instruct your transporter to leave the hall
through the same gate of entry into the hall and must also leave the venue.
10. As per the venue owners regulations, truck / trailer packed ideal in the hall or at the parking lot is liable
to pay parking charges.
THE ABOVE PROCEDURE IS ALSO TO BE FOLLOWED POST EXHIBITION. RE PACKING OF STALLS thWILL ONLY BE PERMITTED AFTER OFFICIAL CLOSURE OF THE EXHIBITION ON 30 APRIL 2022 AND
EMPTY CASES / PKGS WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY ONLY AFTER THE PASSAGE CARPETS HAVE
BEEN REMOVED.
STAND ALLOCATION AND POSSESSION
• The word Exhibitor/ Exhibitors used herein shall mean any company, agency or organisation which has
applied to the Organiser to participate in DMI 2022 and has been allotted space to display their
products/ services only as detailed in the Space Application Form.
• The stand allocation shall only be valid for the exhibitor specified in the space application contract.
Further Subletting (i.e. sharing of same booth by two or more companies) shall not be permitted.
• It is mandatory for all Indian companies, if exhibiting on behalf of their overseas counterparts/ principal
to pay in requisite foreign currency only, if they wish to have Fascia, Directory Listing, Payment invoice
in their name.
• If the allocated area is not available for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the organizers
may on stating the reasons, offer changed stand allocation or change of area of a stand allotted to the
exhibitor(s). The Exhibitor shall be entitled to a refund of the rental as a final settlement. Claims for
further damages would not be admitted.

• The organizer reserves the right to change the position of the entrance(s) and exit(s) to the exhibition site
and halls and of any passages for valid reasons.
• There are pillars/electric panels etc. in the Exhibition Halls. The space occupied by them forms an
integral part of the stall space allocated and sold.
• It is mandatory for Exhibitors to submit the Certificate of Participation to the Hall Director to obtain
possession of stand. Stall possession will be given only upon clearance of all dues including TDS
certificates.
OPERATING MACHINERY OR EXHIBITS
• Machines/ exhibits with moving parts must be fitted with safety devices and these safety devices may be
removed only when the machines are not in operation and not connected to the source of power.
• Motors, engines or power driven machinery should not be used without adequate protection against fire
risk.
• All pressure valves or equipment under pressure must conform to safety standards and regulations.
Approval for its use is required from the Organiser
• Organisers reserves the right to determine the accepted noise level and extent of demonstrations for
operating exhibits in the event of justifiable complaints from Exhibitors. In the event of high level of noise
or any objectionable factors, such demonstrations may only take place at the time stipulated by
Organiser, who also reserves the right to terminate a demonstration at any time.
• Demonstration of equipment emitting hazardous chemicals and fumes is not permitted. Exhibitors must
ensure that no naked, unprotected flame is used in any demonstration in the exhibition premises.
• Exhibitors must make provision for dust extraction units, wherever necessary, for demonstration of the
machine.
• Organiser reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installation which in their opinion is
dangerous or likely to cause a risk to visitors or other exhibitors. Arms and ammunition, explosives,
contraband and/or other goods prohibited by Indian law, will not be allowed inside the NSE complex.
• Exhibitors must ensure safe disposal of coolants/ lubricating oils/ chemicals/ metal chips and other
consumables as per applicable statutory regulations. There is no provision for such disposal in and
around NSE complex.

ON SITE ARRANGEMENTSELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND POWER SUPPLY
Exhibitors with the power requirement must assess their electricity requirement correctly & genuinely so as to
avoid penalty..
1. Permanent Power Rs. 5000/- per kw plus GST @18% Temporary Power: Rs. 3000/- per kw pls GST @ 18%
2. Exhibitors must indicate their power requirement in terms of maximum connected load for lighting and
exhibits in Rounded off KW only.
Under no circumstances, exhibitors will be permitted to reduce or cancel their electricity
requirement and ask for refund.
3. Power supply for installation and testing of machines will be made available as mentioned in Schedule on
pg. 5. Exhibitors must inform the organiser of their total power requirement not later than 31.03.2022. All
Exhibitors requiring power load either for demonstration of their machines or even for spotlights, halogen
lamps, etc. must ensure that Form for Power is completed and submitted as directed on the form.
4. The electric power supply available at the exhibition is as under: Single Phase : 230 Volts +/-10% 3 Phase : 415 Volts +/-10% Frequency : 50 Hz +/-3% The fluctuation in the parameter for power supply mentioned above is only for reference. Larger variations cannot be ruled out.
5. Exhibitors are advised to install equipment like Voltage Stabilisers/ CVTs/UPS/isolation transformer for their
sophisticated machine/exhibits. If the machines are sensitive to the alignment of the floor, placement of stall
plates underneath is recommended.
6. TAGMA personnel responsible for supply of power have been entrusted with the authority to regulate and
control power supply to the Exhibition Halls and individual stands. Each stand will be provided with electric
power at one or more main points depending on the total requirement. Exhibitors should use Fuse
Distribution Boards for feeding power to their machines.
7. Exhibitors should use either armoured cables or metal conduits for connecting power supply to machines.
8. All machines should be earthed firmly at two places through bare copper earthing wire of the size
appropriate to the load connected to the machines.
9. The work of drawing power from main point(s) given in the stand area to machines/ exhibits is to be carried
out by the exhibitors at their own cost.
Exhibitors may engage the services of their own personnel for cabling work inside their stand subject to the
condition that these personnel are duly licensed to undertake electrical work and their names and addresses
are intimated to the organizers before the commencement of work. However, in case the services of
electrical contractors are required to make connections, exhibitors may contact Organisers for assistance in
locating a contractor. The service charges of electrical contractors are to be borne by the exhibitors and are
payable directly to the contractors.
10. Exhibitors should connect power to machines/exhibits as per the requirement given in their application
forms. Connecting power to exhibits other than those mentioned in the application or more than the specified
load or the load allotted by the Electrical Department is strictly prohibited.
Any exhibitor found to have drawn additional power supply against applied and requested supply will be
charged 100% of regular power tariff. In addition to damages caused to other exhibitor’s & the organizer.
11. Exhibitors must install separate and independent switch connections for their machines/ exhibits. Alternate connections or throw-over switches are not allowed.

12. Exhibitors requiring Single Phase power for lightning purpose should carry out necessary wiring from 3
phase outlet through two pole single phase switches, if necessary, for further distribution.
13. After the electric wiring work is completed the exhibitors must obtain a completion report from their
electricians or contractors engaged by them and file the same with the TAGMA Electrical Department.
Actual connected load for the individual machines/exhibits should be mentioned in the report.
14. All main electrical supply points must be easily accessible for operation and repairs, in the event of
emergency. These should be concealed or covered with any partition wall/stored material. In case of
emergencies these should be easily accessible for switching off.
15. Power will be released only after the wiring work is carried out to the standard of the Electrical Department.
16. Exhibitors are advised to take highest level of safety precautions and engage services of only qualified and
licensed personnel for electrical wiring and installations.
17. Exhibitors may contact the Engineering Services offices in the hall for electrical work and guidance.
18. All exhibitors especially the raw space should ensure that their Electrical contractor are qualified
representative should remain present in the stand all the time during & pre-exhibition period to coordinate
and maintain smooth electrical work.
COMPRESSED AIR AND WATER CONNECTION
�. Rates:

�. Exhibitors who have applied for compressed air and/or water will be provided with outlets for compressed air
and/or water connection near the space allotted to them.
�. Exhibitors will have to arrange connection to the machines from the source provided at their own cost.
�. Exhibitors are not permitted to use their own compressors for exhibiting their products.
�. Water connections will not be provided for wash basins/pantry/kitchen facilities.
�. There is no drainage facility provided in the exhibition halls. Exhibitors will be required to make special
arrangements for collection and disposal of waste water. Alternately Exhibitors may seek assistance from
the official housekeeping agency for this purpose at an extra cost payable directly.
�. Organisers will provide permanent compressed air connections to exhibitors as mentioned in the schedule
�. All exhibitors are requested to note that the organizers will try to provide dry air but due, to city climate it may
happen that moisture can be accrued during first hour of the day, we therefore request all exhibitors that
before using compressed air please drain the pipe to avoid any damage to your machines.
The exhibitor shall be liable for any damage caused by the installations.
Charges mentioned above are as per existing tariff. In case of revision in the tariff structure, the organisers reserve
the right to change tariffs and inform exhibitors accordingly.

Guidelines:
• Minimum 24 sqmtrs area is required to have a fully specialised constructed stall.
• The overall height of a shell scheme booth should be 2.5 mtrs only from ground level.
• Exhibitors of shell stand are permitted to display the exhibits within the partitioned stand area only.
• To maintain uniformity and structural stability, construction of any nature in the shell scheme & removal of
panels and fascia is strictly not allowed. Exhibitor’s erecting separate construction in the shell scheme will be
charged as modified shell scheme (i.e. the exhibitor will be re-billed for 24 sqmtrs) & also towards electricity
usage.
• Shell Scheme exhibitors should order for power for additional fittings (if any).
• The Fascia will contain exhibiting company’s title (as in space application contract) in standard lettering, over
the open aisle frontage of every exhibitor opting for shell stand
Raw Space:• Minimum 24 sqmtrs area is required to have a fully specialised constructed stall
• Organisers will allot only bare space with proper marking of the borders on the floor for the area booked by
the exhibitors. Construction of partition walls is the responsibility of the rawspace exhibitor.
• Raw Space Exhibitors can appoint a contractor of their choice for stall design and construction.

• The standard rules for booth designing are:
• The partition wall height should be restricted to 2.5 mtrs from ground level.
• Branding along the partition wall should be atleast 2ft away from the partition wall.
• Branding structure above 2.5 mtrs should not rest on the partition walls.
• Branding along the open aisles (not resting on the partitions) and within stalls permitted upto 4.25 mtrs
only.
• All height details mentioned in the guidelines are from the ground level and not from any raised flooring
created by the exhibitors.th• The booth design needs to be submitted to TAGMA for approval before 15 April 2022. The approved booth
designs will be stamped and sent back to exhibitors. The designer should carry the approved designs at the
exhibition and should adhere to it. Any exhibitor will not be allowed to construct the booth if the design differs
from the one approved by TAGMA.
• It is mandatory to order power for basic lighting too, by filling the order form available online or in the exhibition
guidelines.
• Partitions and/or dividers in the stands should not be erected on the open side of the stand. Both sides of the
partition should be properly finished or painted, particularly the partition on the side of their neighbouring
stand.th• Possession for Raw space will be made available for construction on 25 April 2022 at 10.00 hrs, which is to
thbe completed in all respects by 03.00 hrs. on 27 April 2022 allowing for final clearing.
• Pillars in the stalls should be covered with paneling up to height of 4.25 meters without grouting on the wall,
floor or causing damage of any nature to the structure of the exhibition hall. A door/ window should be
provided on such paneling, in case the pillar has electrical main supply point/ distribution boards for access to
electric supply.
Common UtilitiesOther than the stand packages the stand rental include General hall Lightning, Hall Cleaning, Hall Security,
Inclusion of exhibitor details in the Exhibition Directory, a copy of the Directory per stand to the exhibitor, Exhibitor
Passes, General advertising & Publicity of the exhibition, Visitor Promotion material depending upon area
booked.
All services other than mentioned in stand package and utilities will be charged extra
General Guidelines for stall construction
1. Organisers will demarcate the stands within the hall by suitable means. Exhibitors may take assistance
from the Hall director for locating their respective stands. In the case of ambiguous markings, the exhibitor
or his/her service providers can obtain information on the exact space from the organizer, Stand area
borders may not be crossed by additional stand structures or exhibited objects. Stall possession cannot be
given to the Exhibitors Contractors, Stall Designers or any third party.th2. There will be no Vehicle movement on 26 April 2022 after 8 pm inside hall.

3. Stands should be constructed according to the layout approved by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the
right to demand modifications/ alterations to the stand. In case actual display arrangement of a stand is not in
conformity to the approved layout plan or guidelines, Organiser shall remove such installations from the stands
at the cost and risk of the Exhibitor. Any part of the exhibit/stand which appears unsightly to the Organiser, must
be covered by the Exhibitor failing which Organiser will have the same covered at Exhibitor's cost & risk.
Decision of the Organiser in this regard will be final and binding.
4. To achieve uniformity in display and appearance of the entire exhibition and to ensure proper presentation of
all exhibits, Exhibitors are advised to strictly follow the guidelines for stand construction, decoration and
display specified by the organizer.
5. We request you use less halogen and focus lights and recommend using energy efficient CFL bulbs so that
heat generated could be reduced.
6. Exhibitors shall ensure that their booth is built & dismantled in a safe, systematic and organised manner, within
the specified built-up & dismantling period.
7. Exhibitors should not take support of any permanent structures in Exhibition halls for display.
Exhibitors having wall(s) along their stall boundary or pillars within stands, may cover the same with wooden
panels without causing damage of the walls, pillars, floor or any structure of the Exhibition halls, not exceeding
the maximum permissible height of 2.5m. However, electric panels on the walls or duct doors in the pillars, if
any, should be kept accessible for the Organisers, for maintenance.
8. Use of Spray painting for stall decoration, Woodwork, inside/outside the Exhibition Halls is not permitted within
the hall. Platforms/ Panels and other decorations for the interior must be brought in prefabricated condition to
avoid delay in completion of stands as well as inconvenience to other exhibitors. Only assembling and
finishing will be allowed in the halls.
9. Exhibitors are advised not to use any vacant space around their stands for storage or otherwise. This could be
hazardous and could restrict the movement of service personnel. Organisers reserve the right to remove such
material at the risk and cost of the exhibitor.
10. Show cases are permitted in stands subject to the condition that their height does not exceed 2.5 mtrs.
Spotlights, focus lights, etc. are permitted provided these are fitted alongwith stand structure within the
maximum height of 2.5 mtrs.
11. Logos and single branding signages upto a maximum surface area of 1 sqmtr can be displayed upto a height of
4.25 mtrs, provided they are away from adjacent stalls by a minimum distance of 2 mtrs
12. Suspended displays/structures from the ceiling of the hall are not permitted
13. Access must be given to any fire exit, electrical box, service room, etc. falling within the exhibitors stand area. It
is mandatory to leave minimum one opening in the partitions against the natural wall to provide access for
electrical fittings etc.
14. Exhibitors shall advise their advertising, construction, electrical and all other agencies about the guidelines for
stand construction, decoration and display and ensure compliance. Organiser shall not correspond with any of
the agencies engaged by the exhibitor

15. Presentation and installation of exhibits and machines
Exhibitors should confine their exhibits within the
space allotted to them and should not encroach upon
the aisles or unused space/facilities provided by the
organizers.
Clustering or crowding of exhibits in the stands is not
allowed.
• A minimum of 25% of the total space should be
left open for free movement of visitors.
• Not more than 50% of the total space be used for
display of exhibits.
• Not more than 25% of the total space be used for
office area.
• All exhibits and machines should be placed in normal operating position as if on shop floor.
• No part of any exhibit/display should project out of the stand boundaries. Machines/ exhibits/
showcases/ display podium must be placed at least 0.7m away from the boundary of open sides of
the stand. (see figure)
16. Floor Covering:
• Carpeting of the stands is compulsory for all Exhibitors (Carpet is part of Shell Scheme Package)
• Use of suitable commercial material for floor covering inside the stands is permitted.
• Gluing/pasting of carpets on the floor may be done only by using easily removable bi-adhesive tape
that
• leaves no marks on the floor.
• Stand floor should not be primed, painted or varnished, no floor covering be stuck permanently on the
• floor.
17. Office Area
• Exhibitors can set up office enclosures in their stands.
• External height of the office enclosures cannot exceed 2.5m. The area of the office enclosure should
be proportionate to the area of the stand as under Office enclosures/cabins must be located either
along the wall, if any, at the rear side of the stand, or at the back along the adjoining wall of their
neighbouring stand.
• Extension of office enclosures/cabins up to open aisles is not permitted
• Cabins cannot be covered from top unless covered by mezzanine floor.

General Guidelines Mezzanine Floor
1. Mezzanine floors are permitted only for exhibitors who have applied for 150 sqm or more and at cost
2. The area of the mezzanine floor cannot exceed 25% of the allotted stand area.
3. The mezzanine floor design & drawings must be certified by a chartered structural engineer/ consultant
for structural stability as per the guidelines given below and must be approved by the Organiser before
construction. Copy of the certificate must be enclosed along with stand layouts.
4. The mezzanine floors can be used only as a visitor hospitality lounge. Exhibits/display will not be
permitted on the mezzanine floor.

Stand design
1. Offices/cabins with closed walls & ceilings are
strictly prohibited on the mezzanine floor. The
mezzanine must be an open area only with
safety railings on open sides.
2. Rear and side walls of stands adjacent to/facing
neighbouring stands must not be transparent
and must be clean and covered in a uniform
neutral colour, above a height of 2.5 mtrs.
3. Branding will be allowed on the mezzanine
railings, not exceeding a maximum height of
1.25 mtrs.
4. Construction of mezzanine floor must be at least 3mtrs away from the boundary of all open sides of the
stand.
Maximum height
1. The height of the mezzanine floor itself should be 1.25m only.
2. The maximum permissible height below the mezzanine floor is 3m.
3. The maximum permissible height of the stand covered with mezzanine floor cannot exceed 4.25m (i.e.
3m+1.25m). Height of the stand in all other areas not covered by mezzanine floor cannot exceed 2.5m.
4. Safe stairways of 1.25 m minimum width with handrails on both sides to be provided.
Fire Prevention
1. Any load bearing elements of the mezzanine floor must be flame retardant.
2. The mezzanine floor should be equipped with atleast one fire extinguisher
Amendments to Regulations
The organisers reserve the right to issue amendments / addition to rules & regulation, if required. The information in
this exhibitor manual will be updated on a regular basis; hence the same should be checked on regular basis.
Entry Norms
Exhibitors
For exhibitors: Exhibitor in possession of the exhibitor badge will be entitled to enter the exhibition venue during set
up, exhibition and dismantling. Exhibitors are requested to submit the names of the representatives who would be
representing their company during the exhibition through 'Request for Badge' form
Exhibitors can take temporary passes for their service providers to allow them entry into the exhibition hall during the th thconstruction period i.e. On 24 April 2022 till 26 April 2022.
However, the following restrictions of entry will apply thereafter.

• For Exhibits:
• Exhibits will be allowed into the venue either before or after the exhibition hours as prescribed in the
timetable. Exhibitors are requested to plan the arrival of exhibits at the venue as per the schedule
provided.
• For any assistance required for movement of exhibits from the entry gate to the booth please contact
the official onsite-handling agency M/s. Buhariwala Logistics well in advance.
• Entry of exhibits in the exhibition area will not be permitted during the exhibition days.
• Temporary exit permits will be issued by the organiser only after verifying the circumstances.
• Temporary exit permit will be required for taking out any material from the venue during the exhibition
period, but only during pre or post exhibition hours. Issuance of such Temporary Exit Permit will be
organisers decision after verifying the circumstances.
• All the equipment/ material should be carted in and out of trolleys to avoid any damage to the flooring.
The equipment should be directly transported to the exhibition halls.
• No painting or carpentry work will be allowed inside the exhibition halls. All materials should be pre-
fabricated at the exhibitor’s premises and only minimal work should be carried out inside the halls and
should be under strict supervision.th th• Pre-exhibition period from 24 – 26 April 2022: Freight vehicles carrying exhibition goods must
enter from Gate no. 1 of Bombay Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors are requested to follow the schedule of
arrival & installation of exhibit. In case, exhibitor fails to follow the schedule provided by the organiser,
freight vehicles will not be allowed to park inside the Exhibition Centre before and/or after off-loading of
exhibition goods. However, freight vehicles maybe parked in the designated parking area inside
Exhibition Centre before off-loading of exhibition goods, which is on chargeable basis. Movement of
freight vehicles will be managed by the official security agency in co-ordination with the official site
handling agency. Only goods carrier vehicles would be allowed to enter inside the exhibition premises.
Personal vehicles such as Cars, Jeeps, Vans and SUVs etc. carrying goods will not be allowed during
setup and dismantling period.th th• During exhibition from 27 to 30 April 2022: During exhibition days, personal vehicles and/or freight
vehicles will not be allowed inside Exhibition Centre. They are to be parked in designated parking areas
only.th st• Post-exhibition period 28 April 2022 6 pm onwards and 1 May 2022: Freight vehicles for
removing exhibition goods must enter from Gate no. 1 of exhibition centre, as per schedules provided
by the organiser & official on-site handling agencies and will not be allowed to park inside exhibition
centre before and after reloading of exhibition goods. However, freight vehicles may be parked in the
designated parking area outside the exhibition centre only before reloading of exhibition goods.
Movement of freight vehicles will be managed by the official security agency in co-ordination with the
official site handling agency.
• Restoring the Exhibition area: Once the exhibition is closed, the stall area must be restored into its
original condition. Exhibitors must make good any damage caused to the floor, building or other
exhibition structure or equipment by repairing the same or paying the charges for repairs or
replacement, whichever is applicable.

• Settlement of dues / exit pass procedure: For removing exhibits from the exhibition halls, on conclusion of
the exhibition, exhibitors would need an exit pass duly authorized by the hall directors in the respective
halls. Exhibitors should fill in the exit pass and submit 4 copies of the same to the respective hall directors.
The hall directors will retain one copy and return three copies duly stamped and signed. One copy should
be submitted to the security at the hall gate, one copy to the security at the main gate and the remaining
copy should be retained by the exhibitor.
• Exit passes will be issued to exhibitors only if all dues towards participation charges in the exhibition have
been fully paid and all the formalities stipulated from time to time are completed.

Temporary Service Badges

EXHIBITION POLICY AND RULES
CateringBombay Exhibition Centre has made it mandatory to source all supply of food and catering within the entire
premises through their food and hospitality division ‘Nesco Hospitality’. No outside food is allowed in the exhibition
centre. Exhibitors are requested to follow all rules in this regard to avoid later inconvenience by the venue
providers.
NESCO Hospitality would be operating HALL 2 Open Food Court which shall provide sumptuous Food and
Beverages options all day long. These counters will be operational from 10:00am to 05:00pm for all Show dates.
Exhibitors desirous of ordering snacks and food for their booth or wish to organise lunch/ dinner/ hi-tea for their
customers or their staff either as a gathering or by way of service at their booth, can do so by getting in touch with

Advertising & Display• Display of Names/logos of any indirect Exhibitor on the fascia of the stands is strictly prohibited.
• Use of cloth/flex banners etc is prohibited in any form outside the exhibition stand & anywhere within
the complex.
• Use of loud speakers, musical instruments etc. in the stands is prohibited. Video/animation films on the
exhibits, may however be displayed within the stands, provided the sound level is kept low to avoid
disturbance to others. Information headphones are allowed in the stands, provided these are setup
inside the stand at least 0.7m away from the aisles.
• Use of bright and/or coloured decorative lights, neon signs of any size, shape or colour (including
those depicting Exhibitors name or logo) or any other similar electrical decorative material is
prohibited.
• Use of potted plants is allowed in the stand.

Removal of exhibitsNO REMOVAL OR DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS AND OTHER EXHIBITION STORES IN OR OUT OF THE
EXHIBITION HALL IS PERMITTED DURING THE OPEN HOURS OF THE EXHIBITION.
Such removal, delivery or replenishment to stock may only be carried out before opening hours in the morning or
after closing time in the evening. If you wish to remove any item of your display from the hall durh4ing the show days,
a “EXIT PASS” must be obtained from the Organizers office.
Security• The Organisers shall be responsible for general hall security. Security services will be in place from set-
up period till the close of the dismantling period.
• The Organisers shall be entitled to carry out any checks needed for security.
• After daily closing of the Exhibition, no person will be allowed to remain inside the Exhibition area.
• For security purposes, the organiser reserves the right, without giving any reason, to refuse admission to
anyone to the exhibition area and to expel any person whose behaviour, in their opinion, justifies such a
measure.
• The general security service provided by the Organisers shall not affect the exclusion of liability for all
personal injury and damage to property.
• Exhibitors may hire security staff from the security company.
Storage, Wastage removal and Cleaning
The organizers are unable to provide storage facilities for packing cases, surplus materials, other property of the
exhibitors. Arrangements for safe-keeping of such items if required can be at a cost with the officially appointed
onsite handling agency
During the move-in, construction of stands and removal of exhibits, the passageways of the exhibition hall must not
be obstructed with packing/construction materials or debris. The exhibitors are responsible for removing their own
off-cuts and waste each day of buildup and break down
The Organisers shall be responsible for general cleaning of the hall and aisles. Exhibitors shall be responsible for
stand cleaning, which must be completed daily before the exhibition opens. Exhibitors are requested to place their
waste in the aisle for removal by the cleaners. The Organizers reserve the right to invoice exhibitors for excessive
packing materials and discarded crate or cartons, which will be removed by the cleaners.
Damage
At the close of the exhibition, the stand including hall flooring shall be restored by the exhibitor to its original condition
at the time of occupation.
Exhibitors are responsible for cost of making good or replacing any damages or dilapidations to the exhibition
premises, whether caused by themselves, their agents, contractors or by any person or persons employed or
engaged on their behalf.
Exhibitors occupying shell scheme stands are also responsible for the cost of making good, restoring or renewing
any damages to their shell stand structures, floor coverings, light fittings or any part thereof, whether caused by
themselves, their agents, contractors or by any person or persons employed or engaged on their behalf by such
agents or contractors. The cost of making good any damage will be assessed by the official shell scheme contractor
and charged to the exhibitor.

Manning of stands and general conductStands must be fully staffed and operational throughout the open hours of the exhibition hours only by the
employees or authorised representatives. Such representatives must at all times wear identification badges
provided by the Organiser. All representatives in the exhibition stands must be decently attired and bear good moral
character.
Exhibitors may not participate in any activity, which causes or is likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other
exhibitors. In particular, audio/visual display equipment must be positioned and sound levels so adjusted to avoid
disturbance to neighbours. In the event of any disagreement, the organizers decision in this matter will be final.
Advertising on fair groundsPrinted matter and advertising materials may only be distributed from the stand and not in hall passages or outside
the exhibition hall.
All exhibitor advertising material must relate to the exhibition, complying with the law and public policy and should
not be political or ideological in character. Comparison and superlative advertising are not permitted. The Organiser
shall be entitled to prohibit the distribution and display of advertising which may arouse objection and shall
confiscate such material for the duration of the exhibition.
Audio visual displays by exhibitors should be restricted to their stands only. Causing of disturbance to outsiders is
prohibited. The Organiser shall be entitled to intervene and discontinue or remove equipment if they cause any
disturbance in their opinion.
Force MajeureUnder the conditions of Force Majeure, which also include strike, lockout, bandh or riot, natural calamities,
PANDEMIC and other events, which are beyond human intervention and control of the Organisers; the Organisers
are entitled to alter the opening dates and duration, or even cancel the entire exhibition.
In the event of cancellation of the exhibition the participation charges are refundable at the sole discretion of the
organizer.
Limit of liabilityOrganisers are not liable for any loss or damage to Exhibitors’ property at the exhibition site or injury to their
personnel and visitors. Exhibitors shall agree to refrain from making any claim on the Organisers and indemnify
claims, if any, by third party, arising out of Exhibitors’ conduct.
All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai Court jurisdiction.
SafetySafety is very important for everyone working in the exhibition hall. TAGMA values safety throughout our
organization and demonstrates it in the work we perform. By following the safety guidelines below you will be doing
your part in creating a safe work environment.
Generally accepted safety regulations relating to technology, labour, safety and accident prevention must be
followed by the exhibitors.
Proper safeguards must be provided on the exhibits for protection against sparks, flying chips, heat etc. Organisers
are entitled to prohibit operation of machines or equipment, if in their opinion, they pose a danger and annoyance to
visitors/other Exhibitors.

Safety Guidelines:
• Only authorized personnel and employees allowed, all others are prohibited.
• This is an active work zone.
• All Exhibitors and attendees enter at their own risk.

• Never stand on furniture.

• Clean up or report spills.
• Keep aisles free and clear of any and all debris.
• Use good housekeeping.
• Check electrical cords for damage.
• Protect valuables at show site.
• Report any fires immediately.
If you notice anything unsafe please contact TAGMA immediately.
No person present inside the exhibition hall is to behave or act in a manner that may cause any harm, injury or
damage to other persons or exhibits, nor to exhibition hall property or fixtures.
Noise And Smell
Exhibitors will not be permitted to display/demonstrate any equipment or exhibit which causes high levels of pollution
in terms of noise and smell
Photographs & Films
Organisers have exclusive right to take photographs and films of the exhibition stands. Prior permission of the
Organisers will be essential for taking photographs and films of the Exhibition. Exhibitors may however take
photographs of their own stands and visitors.
Local & Site Regulations
Exhibitors agree to abide by the local and site regulations with respect to law and order, safety etc. The Organisers will
take necessary action against exhibitors who do not comply with the guidelines and regulations. Exhibitors are
requested to co-operate with the Organisers and their authorised representatives who wish to inspect/examine all the
exhibits displayed in their stands.
Failure To Exhibit:
If any organization, having applied for space, fails to exhibit its products for whatever reasons, shall be liable for full
payment plus any additional cost incurred by organizers as a result of such failure to exhibit should an exhibitor fail to
occupy allotted space by the date & time specified for of exhibits installation the organizers reserve the right to take
over such space & reallocate or use the same as they deem fit.
Limitation of Liability
Organisers shall not be liable for the safety of Exhibitors, their representatives, agents, contractors or visitors during
the exhibition, nor for any exhibits, articles or other property whatsoever. Organiser shall not be held responsible for
any restriction or conditions which prevent the construction, erection, completion, alteration or dismantling of stands
or the entry, placement or removal of exhibits, or for non-conformance of any services or amenities provided by third
parties

Insurance• Exhibitors are advised to take insurance policy covering the following:
• Machinery
• Transit, loading and unloading of machines
• Exhibitor’s personnel including contractor’s personnel
• Third Party (Visitors) risk
Exhibitors shall ensure that they are fully covered by insurance including, but not restricted to, all risks on their
property, exhibits or articles of any kind, public liability and comprehensive protection against any loss or damage
caused by any circumstance whatsoever whether by reason of fire, water, theft, accident or any other cause.
Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organiser in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expenses to which the
Organiser may be subjected, as a result of any loss or injury arising to any person (including the members of the
public or the Organiser’s staff, agents or contractors) or property, howsoever caused, as a result of any act of default
of the exhibitor, his agents or contractors or visitors.
If the Organiser so demands, the Exhibitor shall provide proof of adequate insurance cover. Exhibitors must ensure
that their temporary staff, representatives, agents, contractors are insured against claims for workman’s
compensation. The period for which such insurance should be maintained, shall run from the time the Exhibitor or
any of his representatives, agents or contractors first enter the Exhibition grounds, and to continue until they have
vacated the exhibition grounds and all their exhibits and property have been removed.
Pavilion/ Group ParticipationOrganisations responsible for group participation shall ensure that all Exhibitors within their group are fully aware of,
and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of DMI 2022.
Consignment are permitted for temporary Import into India under the follow provisions:
Bank Guarantee & Bond:
Under customs notification 8/2016-Customs dated 05th February 2016 the Central Government, being satisfied
that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the goods temporarily imported into India for
display or use at an exhibition from the whole of the duty of Customs leviable thereon under the following
conditions::
1) Importer shall execute a bond equal to the value of the goods along with a bank guarantee equal to 110% of
the duty that would be payable on the goods but for the exemption in this notification.
2) The goods shall be cable of ident cation at the time of re-exportation
3) The goods shall be re-exported within a period of six months from the date of order permitting clearance of
the goods.
4) The goods imported may on any date before the expiry of the period allowed for re-export, be entered for
home consumption, in accordance with any law applicable to such goods and on payment of the duties of
customs which would be payable in respect of such goods, but for the exemption contained in this
notification, along with the applicable interest.
ATA Carnet
Under customs notification 157/1990- Customs dated 28th March 1990 the Central Government being satisfied has
permitted temporary admission of goods into India when imported under ATA Carnet issued in accordance with the
Customs Convention on ATA Carnet. Conditions of import:

1) The importer must obtain a certificate from the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI)
who have been appointed as the sole guaranteeing association for ATA Carnets in India
2) The said goods in all respect conforms to the description, quantity, quality, value and other specifications given
in the ATA Carnet duly certified by the customs authorities at the country of exportation.
3) The said goods shall be re exported within a period of six months from the date of importation
4) Re exportation condition will not apply In case the said goods are sold in exhibition in accordance with any law
for the time being in force applicable to such goods and on payment of the duties of customs which are payable
as on the date of import in respect of such goods, along with applicable interest.
FREE TRADE & WAREHOUSING ZONE
Exhibits imported temporary for an international exhibition, if routed via the Free Trade & Warehousing Zone (FTWZ)
are permitted for temporary removal under rules 50 & 51 of the SEZ Act which govern the FTWZ. Process of moving
via FTWZ:
1) Shipment to be consigned to the Unit Holder i.e our Official Freight Forwarder (Buhariwala Logistics)
2) Shipments are permitted to be temporarily removed for display at the exhibition without executing any Bank
Guarantee or issue of an ATA Carnet.
3) Shipment can be retained in India for period of 2 years from the date of first inbound into the FTWZ.
4) Shipment can be sold to any byer in the domestic tariff area (DTA). All benefits as may be availed by a Buyer as a
normal import can be claimed by the buyer. No interest from first date of import is not changed.
Certificate Of Participation
TAGMA will release official document ‘Certificate of Participation’ to all ‘Bonafide Exhibitors’ on receipt of full payment
of stall as well as additional services. This may be used for obtaining clearance from customs, excise duty, etc.,
The exhibitor should produce the same while taking possession of the booth.
Exit Pass
Exit Passes will be issued to exhibitors only if all dues towards participation charges in the exhibition have been fully
paid and all the formalities stipulated from time to time are completed.
For removing exhibits from the exhibition halls, on conclusion of the exhibition, exhibitors would need an exit pass duly
authorised by the Hall Directors. Exhibitors should fill in the Exit Pass form (available on pg 37) on their company
letterhead and submit 4 copies of the same to the respective Hall Director. The Hall Director will retain one copy and
return three copies duly stamped and signed. One copy should be submitted to the Security at the Hall gate, one copy
to the security at the main gate and the remaining copy should be retained by the exhibitor.
Networking Dinner
The Organisers are planning to arrange an Networking Gala Dinner for all its exhibitors on April 27, 2022. This function
will be held in the evening hours after the close of the exhibition. The passes for entry will be given according to the
area booked by the Exhibitor. The entry for the same is only by invitation.
TAGMA 2022 Directory
The Organisers will release TAGMA 2022 directory containing information of Exhibitors/ Members on the inauguration
day of the exhibition.

Please note:
1) INSURANCE : Exhibitors should arrange their own insurance cover for their stall/ machines & all commodities
involved throughout all stages of exhibition i.e. arrival on-site to final departure from exhibition site.
2) ON-SITE HANDLING: Only exhibits, which can be hand-carried (not exceeding 50 kg) by one person, may be
delivered to/ removed from the Exhibition Hall by Exhibitor. Those requiring mechanical assistance must be
handed to the Official Freight Forwarder on-site.
3) Exhibitors should advise their transporters to carry “Weigh-Bridge Certificate” so that there would be proper
assessment of weight to be handled by the handling agency.
4) Exhibitors should send product leaflets along with the packing list to the approved agencies to enable them to
study the products in advance for handling at the site.
5) Exhibitors will be charged on the basis of Weight or Volume Weight whichever is higher.
6) For Volume shipment 1 CBM=500 kgs.
7) GST @ 18% applicable on the services provided or as applicable.
8) The above charges are applicable from 09.30 – 20.00 hours, for services required after these hours a
surcharge of 15% shall be applicable on the above.
9) The exhibitors are not allowed to order equipment for assembly and erection work from outside. It is
compulsory to use the facility made available by agencies.
