Objectives are the steps identified to achieve a certain goal.

You can only be a good manager, if you can achieve your objectives

Your goal could be completion of the degree and your objectives could be scoring ”A” grades in modules of the current

semester.

Similarly a sales executive could have certain objectives, as

sales increase by 20% in the next one year etc…

The planning, organising, leading, and controlling of human and other resources to achieve organisational goals effectively and efficiently.

Managers People responsible for supervising the use of an organisation’s resources to meet its goals. (overseeing the work of others)

Non-managerial Employees People who work directly on a job or task and have no responsibility for overseeing the work of others

context of the answer
