The Council of the City of Ballarat proposesto make a Local Law to amend the CommunityLocal Law for the purpose of providing for thepeace, order, and good government of themunicipal district of the City of Ballarat. l to amend Schedule 1 of the principal locallaw to include additional matters for whichthe Nominated Officer must have regard towhen determining a permit for advertisingsigns, goods displayed for sale on a road andoutdoor eating facilities;
