MEMORIAL DAY - Holiday (Observed) Liberty expires for all members of the Regimental Band, the Class of 2018 and Midshipmen Petty Officers at 0600 for the purpose of marching in the Memorial Day Parade. Midshipmen NOT marching in the Parade leave expires for 3/c at 1900, and 2/c at 2000. Leave granted Midshipmen in the marching contingent and not restricted, upon return to the Academy from the Parade. Liberty terminates for the marching contingent at 2300
