WIRE TRANSFER OPTIONS Authorized individuals will have these options to submit wire transfers:

▶ Online Banking Request: Commercial customers authorized for online wire initiation can create their own templates for recurring or repetitive transfers. A wire template can be used to initiate a domestic or international wire payment.

▶ Via Telephone: If you desire to initiate a wire request via telephone, you will need to complete and execute a Call-In Wire Agreement.

▶ PINs will be issued to those authorized with a Call-In Wire Agreement. Phone, text or email requests to initiate a wire will not be accepted without a valid PIN (Personal Identification Number).

▶ In Person In Branch: Visit a local branch to complete your wire transfer.

INCOMING WIRES AND WIRE ADVICES We will process incoming wires for same-day credit until 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Wire advice information is available through online banking or via secure email.
