1.1 Select booking date (Selected date will be highlighted in orange) and input the number of party size. Customers can also specify location and select more filter items. Click “Search” button

1.2 System will display venues matching the selected filters. Customers can click onto the venue photo to view venue details or click “Book Now” button to proceed for venue booking

2. Booking Venue Details

2.1a (Venues with specified reserved seat) In the booking page, customer can select the specified zone. Price information and number of available seat(s)/table(s) will be displayed under the floor plan area. After selecting the zone, click “Select Zone” button

2.1b (Venues with specified reserved seat) During mouse-over, seat/table number and number of pax (if applicable) will be displayed. Click “Select table(s)/seat(s)” to proceed

2.1c (Venues with non-specified reserved seat) If the selected venue is a non-specified reserved seat venue, customer can input the number of pax to proceed

2.2 Input coupon code Click “Apply” after inputting coupon code in 8 alphanumeric digits (found on physical or electronic coupon, e.g. ABCD1234)

2.3 Input customer information In the lower part of booking page, input customer information, including:

Salutation

Name

Mobile phone with country code for receiving confirmation SMS)

Priority card number (optional, for point calculation)

After inputting the information, click “Check Out” to proceed

3. Booking Information Review and Payment

3.1 System to display booking information for review and payment details for input Customer to input payment details including:

Card Type (Visa / Master)

Card Number

Card Security Code

Expiry Date (MM/YYYY) Review “Terms & Conditions” and check the checkbox to complete the booking process

4. Booking Confirmation Summary

4.1 In the summary page, system displays the related booking information. The booking process has been completed. After a successful transaction has been completed, a SMS will be sent to the customer mobile phone number shortly. Such SMS is needed for facility entry.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Is it necessary to complete the booking process within certain period? Answer: Customer is suggested to complete the booking process and payment within 20 minutes. Queuing maybe needed during peak hour.

How long can I make advance booking?

Answer: Booking for race meetings within 28 days is accepted. For Priority Red card or above, reservation within 35 days is accepted. Please call our Customer Care Hotline 1817 for enquiry.

Can I cancel or re-schedule my booking?

Answer: All booking would be confirmed after payment and cannot be cancelled or amended.

Can I reserve different venues or different event dates of venue in one transaction? Answer: Each transaction only accepts booking of one event date of a venue (except for venues with monthly pass).
