not later than noon 22nd July, 1977.

Provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary con-tain#d or implied by the Government Lands Act, if default shallbe made in the performance or observance of any of the require-ments of this condition, it shal'l be lawful for the Commisslonerof Lands or any person authorized by him on behalf of thePresident to re-entcr into and upon the land or any part thereofin the name of the whole and thereupon the term hereby createdshall cease but without prejudice to any right of action orremedy of the President or Commissioner of Lands in respect ofany antecedent breach of any condition berein contained.

(#) full details of the proposed tradets) should be 'submitted;(e) whethor tho applicant runs an established business or

whethe,r it is proposed .to start a new business or sell/sublet premises;

5. The suceessful allottee of the plot shall pay fto 'the Com-missioner of Lands within 30 days of notification that hisapplioation has been subcessful, the stand premium and pm-portion of the annual rent together with survey, conveyancing,stamp duty and registration fees, contribution in lieu of ratesand provision service charges. In default of payment within thesmcitic time the Commissioner of Lands may cancel th'e allot-ment 'and the applicant :slzall have no claim to the plot.

General Conditions1. The grant will be made under the Provision of th'e Govern-

11. The grantee ghall pay to the Commlssioncr of Lands ondemand such sum as the Commissioner may estimate to be '..heproportionate cost of constructing aI1 roads and dralns andsewers serving or adjoining the Iand and shall, on completionof such construction and the ascertainment of the actual pro-portionate cost, either pay (within seven days of demand) or berefunded the amount by whlch the actual proportionate costexceeds or falls s'hort of the 'amount paid as aforesaid.

15. The Prdsident o.f the Republi'c of Kenya or such penonor authority as may io e appointed for the purposes . shall havèthe right to 'enter upon the land and lay and have access tôwa'ter mains, service pipes, and drains telephon'e or telegraphwires and electric mains of a11 descriptions, whether overheador underground, and the grantee shall not interfere with anyexisting alignments of main or service pipes or .telephone ortelegraph wires and electric mains.

16. TV Commissioner of Lands reserves the right to revisethe annual rental payable hereunder at the expiry of the 33rdand 66th years of the term hereby granted : such rent will be atthe rate of '1f per cent of the un'lmproved freehold value of theland as assessed by athe Commissioner of Lands.
