Seams can be adjusted depending on the application or material by changing the thread path or adjusting the thread tension controller, to produce soft and low-tensed seams for inner wear or to produce high-grade well-tensed seams for outer wear.

The optimized thread take-up mechanism and top covering thread path route contribute to an increased stability of top covering stitches. In addition, the machine is capable of performing sewing with a low tension applied to the thread to offer improved responsiveness to the sewing thread.

Simple maintenance mechanism

The machine is provided with a variety of functions, which have been developed in consideration of production sites. The mechanisms can be easily maintained, contributing to increased production efficiency.

The looper thread cam comes provided with a thread twining prevention mechanism. Even if the thread twines around the looper thread cam, the cam can be easily detached for removal of the thread.

The end face of the looper cam and the looper thread bushing overlap so as to prevent looper thread from tangling in the looper shaft. The prevention mechanism also protects the oil seal from breakage.

The needle bar stroke can be increased by changing the position of the eccentric pin to smoothly sew heavy-weight materials. The troublesome replacement of parts, which is conventionally associated with needle-bar-stroke changing work, is no longer required.

●The upper knife stroke can easily be adjusted according to the material thickness.

This model is intended for the hemming of knit shirts and T-shirts. The left-hand fabric trimmer promises beautifully finished trimming while preventing the material from flopping around during trimming.

The machine is a basic model, which can be used, in a broader range of sewing processes, such as the hemming and covering of T-shirts and polo shirts, and the sewing of fleece.

This model is best suited to the covering process for polo shirts, trainers, sportswear, knit outers, etc.

Comfortable working space

The machine comes with a differential-feed micro-adjustment mechanism and micro-lifter mechanism. With these mechanisms, the machine is able to sew almost all kinds of sewing products, such as foundations, light-weight underwear and heavy-weight fleece, increasing the number of sewing items.

The machine is applicable to an increased variety of sewing items.

A forced circulation mechanism has been introduced into the cylinder unit to prevent sewing products from being stained with oil. The mechanism is effective in eliminating oil stains.

Sewing products are no longer stained with oil.

A longer distance from machine arm to needle helps reduce operator stress during the covering process. In addition, the cylinder, the length of which is ideally suited to the hemming process and offers good operability, helps create a comfortable working space. Since the automatic lift of the presser foot and automatic thread trimming can be activated by lightly depressing the pedal, work efficiency is dramatically increased.

When the back part of the pedal is depressed, the machine performs short stitching to sew a preset number of stitches before thread trimming and presser foot lifting. Thread fraying at the end of sewing in hemming processes, etc. can be prevented by sewing short stitches.

① Differential-feed micro- 　 adjustment mechanismThe differential-feed amount can be easily adjusted to the best suited value for the material to be used. Since the front and rear feed dogs are synchronized, the differential-feed ratio is constant, requiring no additional adjustment, even when the stitch length is changed.

The needle bar stroke can be increased by changing the position of the eccentric pin to smoothly sew heavy-weight materials. The troublesome replacement of parts, which is conventionally associated with needle-bar-stroke changing work, is no longer required.

The micro-lifter keeps the presser foot in a slightly raised position during sewing to help prevent problems such as slippage and deformation, or damages that can easily occur when sewing elastic materials.

The machine ensures both beautiful and upgraded seam quality at higher speeds.

Since the machine comes with a needle-thread take-up mechanism as well as a looper thread take-up mechanism, to enable sewing with a lower tension applied to the material, it achieves soft-feeling high-quality seams.

Further increased reliability.

The introduction of a sealed needle bar mechanism and upper and lower needle bar bushings, contributes to increased durability and reliability. The machine is provided as standard with a cartridge type oil filter and cooling fan, thereby ensuring enhanced reliability.

Mechanisms that promise improved operability.

Since the machine is provided as standard with the bottom feed dog inclination-adjusting mechanism and the external differential feed-increasing mechanism, it can be easily adjusted to ideally match the material being sewn. In addition, the machine is provided as standard with a micro lifter feature that offers improved responsiveness to materials, and provides the operator with upgraded operability. The stitch length can be easily adjusted with the push-button mounted on the front surface of the sewing machine.

The needle thread heat remover and needle cooler are equipped as standard.

To offer improved sewing capabilities as well as to prevent stitching mishaps during high-speed sewing, the machine is provided as standard with the needle thread heat remover and needle cooler.

Small-in-diameter cylinder bed.

The cylinder bed is bestsuited to the runstitching and blind hemming of tubular materials. Gauges and devices you have used with your existing JUKI machines are also interchangeable with no additional machining required. This eliminates both the waste of resources and unwanted extra costs.

New and powerful machine for sewing tubular materials! The MO-6904C Series sewing machine, provided with a small-in-diameter cylinder bed, is capable of runstitching tubular materials, such as sleeve cuffs, with ease. The operator can carry out sewing of the tubular material while turning it downward. This promises improved workability and contributes to dramatically increased productivity.
