After a year of shifting plans, stand ins and alter-natives, here’s something you can count on. We have a fun summer planned, but public health is our highest priority. These mitigations and attendee expectations are in place for all Summer Slate events. Protocols will be revisited throughout the summer under the advisement of local public health officials as the landscape changes.Event details, including if a free reservation is needed for capacity limits, location and time, will be released at the begining of each month at northlibertyiowa.org/summerslate.

Mitigation at Events• Events are scheduled to take place outdoors. In the event of

bad weather, events may be rescheduled or moved inside with limited capacity.

• Masks will be worn by all staff, volunteers and vendors.

• Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations will be present.

• No alcohol service will be provided, and food service will be unavailable or limited.

Expectations of Attendees• Masks are expected for all attendees over the age of 2.

• Attendees should maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between households.

• Attendees should stay home if anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or has had contact with anyone who has tested positive in the past two weeks.

AccessibilityWe’re committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for these events for individuals with disabilities. If you need an accommodation to participate, please contact [email protected] or call (319) 626-5726 at least two days prior to the event.
