Our Summer Experience courses are designed to introduce you to the essence of hospitality from getting hands on in the kitchen, to learning how to put an event together and expanding your knowledge of the luxury hospitality business through interactive workshops, industry field trips and extracurricular activities.

Our courses attract students from all over the world, so you’ll meet people from diverse backgrounds and make lifelong friends while having an unforgettable summer.

Bluche Campus, SwitzerlandLes Roches Bluche is set in a cozy Alpine village with a spectacular view of the mountains in the French-speaking area of Valais. HEALTH & TRAVEL INSURANCEIt is mandatory that all students have their own personal health & travel insurance. Please provide copies with the Summer Experience application form.

CANCELLATION POLICYIn case of cancellation, we will refund the total amount of the program if the cancellation is made prior to 31st May 2018 in writing to the Admissions Department.

50% of the full amount will be refunded ifcancellation occurs up to 15 days before thestart of the program. No refund will apply if the cancellation occurs after this date.

Fees include: Items listed below are included in the fees (as explained on page 12). For further information, please refer to the detailed program flyer of the school.

There will be no reduction of fees for unused items.

- Tuition fees, teaching materials and practical uniforms

- Accommodation on campus

- Full board (all meals), including meals during excursions

- Outdoor activities, field trips and excursions

- Return transfer by mini bus from the closest airport to the campuses:

- Les Roches Bluche: Geneva Airport (GVA) - Les Roches Marbella: Malaga Airport (AGP) - Glion Switzerland: Geneva Airport (GVA) - Glion London: London Heathrow (LHR)

- Program certificate

- Flights between campuses if participating in a 2-week multi-campus program

Terms & Conditions - Payment of the full fee must be made 15 days

after receipt of invoice.

- A maximum of 56 students are permitted to be enrolled for the London course. A waiting list will be implemented once the maximum number of students is reached, and payment of the full fee guarantees a place.



Admission requirements: Age Between 15 and 19 years old.

Valid PassportMust hold a valid passport. Nationals of any country can apply and follow the process for obtaining a visa for Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, China and USA if required.

English Language QualificationsIf English is not your first language, or if you have not spent the last three years studying in a school where English is the primary language of instruction, please enclose a copy of one of the following: - International English language test (IELTS): 4.5

- Test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL): 450

- First Cambridge exam: Grade C

- A letter of recommendation from a high school teacher could also be considered
