1331/18, instead of correct FIR number 151/18 and therefore, the order has

submission is that the FIR number may be corrected to avoid unnecessary

delay and confusion, in the matter.

I have perused the copy of the second bail application,

moved on behalf of applicant/accused, for grant of interim bail and it

appears that the correct FIR number 151/18 is mentioned therein. Let the

FIR number be corrected accordingly and order, dated 05.06.2020 be

treated in respect of FIR No.151/18. A copy of this order be sent to the

Ld. counsel submits that the accused has no

criminal antecedents and he was arrested on the disclosure of the

co-accused persons namely Sh. Sandeep Kumar and Sh. Vineet

Kumar, who, (i.e., Vineet Kumar), has already been allowed

interim bail, vide order, dated 28.05.2020, in view of the

emergent situation of Covid-19 Pandemic and the present

applicant/accused has an ailing mother to look after, who is aged

about 70 years. His further submission is that the

applicant/accused was previously shown to the complainant and

therefore, he had refused to participate in TIP proceedings, held

on 31.08.2019; Further, there is no one else to take care of the

ailing mother, in the matter. He also supplies copy of the

medical papers, issued from Saraswati Mission Hospital for

verification and his submission is that there is long medical

history of the mother, which may be verified by the IO.

I have perused the bail reply of the

applicant/accused, submitted by the IO/SI Rahul Singh IPS

Pandav Nagar, who has also mentioned that the

applicant/accused is not involved in any other case excep the

present one, but there is no clear report regarding dependen of
