The Simitri Proactive Problem Sensing Workshop is a highly interactive session giving
participants the mindset, skills, and tools to prevent problems in the workplace before they occur.
Whereas most problem solving workshops focus on reactive problem solving, this workshop helps
participants to “sense” potential problems based on intuition, awareness of the big picture, and
experience.
During the workshop, we create an awareness of the need to be proactive, and the desire to prevent
problems in the workplace. From there we explore problem sensing approaches and how to use
them to proactively identify and address potential problems early on.

the workshop, we explore both rational and creative problem-solving techniques including: the 5
