Thank you for the opportunity to speak with you. We are a consulting firm based at Lilongwe and we are conducting a survey to learn about agricultural practices of farmers. You have been selected to participate in the interview, because you participated in one of the activities organized by the [PARTNER] during the 2017-2018 growing season. The interview will take approximately 1 hour to complete. It will include questions on such topics as areas planted, improved production technologies, production and sales of crops and costs of crop inputs, food consumption and women in agriculture. Your participation is entirely voluntary. If you agree to participate, you can choose to stop at any time or skip any question you do not want to answer. Your answers will be completely confidential; we will not share information that identifies you with anyone. After entering the questionnaire into a data base, we will destroy all information such as your name that could link these responses to you.
