UBC: Admissions

To calculate a student's admission average for the Academic Profile, UBCO will use final grade 12 marks for courses

completed up to and including the first semester of grade 12 (Sept-Jan). Where grade 12 marks are not available, UBCO will

use the most appropriate grade 11 academic course as a substitute. UBCO will not permit the same specific course area

to be used twice in the admission calculation. ie: Bi 12 & Bi 11 will not both be used; therefore, unrelated grade 11 academic courses may be used.

Almost all UBC admission decisions will involve both Grade 12 and Grade 11 marks!

UBC: Admissions

SELF REPORTING was March 4th ~ April 8th – Offers coming starting mid-March, most offers out by late April (some flexibility there with dates – personal profiles need assessment)

– Acceptance offers before June 1st and pay your $250 acceptance deposit for UBC with credit card or online banking

– Course information and registration comes in June
