Certain schools are like prisons. There’s a

dress code, negative reinforcement and

loss of individual autonomy.

Too much control,

makes rebel students.

There’s corruption in education. Education is

a “business”. Students pass the course if they

pay (bribery).

Principals think employees are their

puppets. Employees are not treated

with the respect they deserve.

There is authoritarian

leadership.

Principals and teachers yell and mistreat students .

Authorities don’t realize that students are not listening

anyway. Bad approaches do not help students .

Teachers do not do their work. Some sleep at classes.

Others do not teach topics related to the subject.

And, some teachers simply do not give class.

Some teachers tease students or

have preferences.

Students sleep in classes. Possible reasons are: they have a part-

time job, or waste their time playing, texting and using internet

all the day.

Students use their cell phones in class.

Because of this distraction, they do not listen

what the teacher is saying and do not learn.

Students are dishonest ; they cheat more and more

these days. They use different techniques to copy in

order to have good grades. Sometimes the teachers

are accomplices.

Nowadays, students do whatever they want; they do not follow

instructions. Some are tired because principals and teachers insist

too much on the same irrelevant issues. Others only because they are

spoiled children that think they are the owners of school because

their parents are important people or they have a lot of money.

Let’s do something about it !!
