B.Tech ONLINE COUNSELLING – ROUND 1

Stage: Seat Allotted

The below dashboard would be applicable to all Seat allotted applicants

Update your Allotment status:

(If an applicant has been allotted the choice 1 course)

If Student clicks on the Update your Allotment status Round-1 Button, he would be getting options

to select his seat status (Confirm/Forfeit)

The applicant will get 2 options Accept/Forfeit

Accept: If student clicks on accept, he thereby would be confirming his seat

Forfeit: If applicant clicks on Forfeit, he exits from the process

Update your Allotment status:

(If an applicant has not been allotted the course other than choice 1 among 30 preferences)

The applicant will get 3 options Accept/Accept and Upgrade/Forfeit

Accept: If student clicks on accept, he thereby would be confirming his seat

Accept and Upgrade: If student clicks on accept and upgrade, he accept the allotted seat and

proceed with next round of Counselling for branch sliding within the campus allotted (No campus

sliding) by paying a minimum of Rs.1 lakh.

Forfeit: If applicant clicks on Forfeit, he exits from the process

If an applicant clicks on Accept:

If Applicant clicks on accept, the below would be the dashboard enabled for the applicant

There is a warning alert also being visible to applicants before they submit their option. Once he

clicked “accept” he would be re-directed to the dashboard (shown below)

There is a message on right corner of dashboard conveying fee and account details “View fee/Bank

details & confirms your seat”

View Fee and Account details document button: This gives clear picture to applicants where he has

to pay the fees and bank details

If Applicant clicks on Forfeit, The below would be the dashboard view

If Applicant clicks on Accept to Upgrade:

If applicant makes a partial payment

The below would be dashboard for the student who makes the partial payment instead of full fee

He or She will be seeing the “seat allotted & fee details document “enabled which gives him/her the

whole picture of his payment done and seat details

There would be mgs enabled on the dashboard “Pay full fee to confirm your seat”

If applicant has made the full payment:

If applicant makes the full payment from his end, dashboard would be shown as below

Seat Allotted and fee paid details: This document gives him details on amount paid by the applicant

If Applicant has been generated PAL and Fee receipt:

If applicant has paid the full fee, PAL and Fee receipt would be generated in the dashboard

If the applicant has not been allotted any seat in round 1

There would be a message visible on the right corner notifying the applicant that “Seat is not

Allotted” for him/her in this round

Seat not allotted document shows rank and round of applicant and gives him the status of the

counselling process

In Round 1 , if applicant has not filled any of the course preference 2 to course preference 5 (Course

preference 1 is selected) by default

Applicant will be given the option to select the Course preference from 2 to 5 when he/she selects

Proceed

Seat not Allotted Document

When the applicant clicks on “View Allotment status-Round 1

If applicant clicks “Proceed”, he would be made eligible for next round

If applicant clicks “Exit”, he would exit counselling
