ln respect on the above reference depositing determined amount of NAA ordered againstvarious firms or Assessment in consumer welfare fund (CWF) under section 57 of MPGST acl zotl .

Hence the following procedures accepted by Mp state screening committee:(l) For those were registered in MP State: - ln case of registered firms or person the notice will beissued by Deputy commissioner(Audit) followed order issued by Office of the commissionercommercial tax, order No./2O20/AP/XXl/1.44lndore, dated 08/07 /2020.Then original copy of notice,order copy of NAA will be sent to concern circle office for depositing amount. Then related properofficer further proceeding for depositing the amount with in prescribed time. ln this respect Financedepartment providing Accounting head IMain Head-8229- Development and Welfare Fund, MinorHead- 123 Consumer welfare fund, Scheme new scheme no.-1407 Government of lndia (GSTDepartment)l to us for depositing the amount. The ordered amount to be deposited by firmsthrough said head displayed in cyber treasury.(Followed by Annexure A)

(ll) For those were not registered in MP State: - ln case of firms or person those were not registeredin MP. All action should be carried out by MP state permanent secretariat situated at commissionercommercial tax head office lndore. The notice will be issued by Deputy commissioner(Audit)followed order issued by office of the commissioner commercial tax, order No./zo2o/Ap/xxl/144lndore, dated 08/07 /2o2o for depositing the amount with in prescribed time. The circle officeproviding Accounting head IMain Head-8229- Development and Welfare Fund, Minor Head- ].23Consumer welfare fund, Scheme new scheme no.-1407 Government of lndia (GST Department)] tothe Firm, The ordered amount to be deposited through Cyber treasury.(Followed by Annexure A)

After depositing the said amount by the Firm/Person, a copy of challan would be sent to Nodalofficer (Anti-profiteering) to following E-mail and postal address.

After successful credit in government Head of account. The cyber treasury gateway

will generate separate unique identification number challan identification number

(ClN) and provided the same on challan to the depositor.
