Heat ShieldThere is no better method of protecting acrylic against heat. Can also be

used to protect plaster, wash off with water.

Use for protecting parts of appliance when soldering. Minimises

Gamberini Ortho Model TrimmerDual Wheel Orthodontic Model Trimmer

This Orthodontic Model Trimmer is constructed to the latest European standards to

guarantee you both quality and safety. It’s equipped with two powerful 450 watt,

1400 rpm motors which can be activated either independently or simultaneously

by the two ignition switches, so operating the trimmer is simple and easy.

There are two manually adjustable valves for independent regulation of water flow

onto the two wheels. These reinforced wheels measure 300 mm diameter and

feature different finishes. A coarse one for cutting and a smooth one for finishing

models. The trimmer comes with a solenoid valve for automatic water flow control.

The trimmer has a graduated goniometer which allows you to place a model in any

angle you want, a double goniometer is available on request. A model presser is

also included.

Each band has precision shaped tooth anatomy for a tight secure fit with excellent

retention. Hard yet malleable stainless steel that has been finished to a brilliant mirror

lustre.

These stainless steel bands are strong enough to avoid wall collapses while being

malleable enough for snap fittings that require little to no burnishing. Maximum

buccal height allows greater placement and positioning flexibility of buccal tubes

and lingual attachments. These bands have an exterior Electro Chemical Etched

identification system for easy size selection.

PaymentPayment is to be made within 30 days from date of invoice. A statement

covering all invoices is sent monthly. Goods will remain the property of

TOC until payment in full has been received. Interest may be charged

on overdue accounts at the rate of 3% per month. Furthermore,

any costs incurred in recovering debts will be charged accordingly.

Cheque, BACS, Visa, Mastercard and Switch are all accepted methods

of payment. If you have requested to pay your account with Euros, you

can pay via cheque or BACS.

DeliveryTOC endeavours to despatch orders on the same day they are placed.

Each delivery will contain a delivery note or invoice as well as informing

the customer of items to follow. On receipt of goods customers are

requested to ensure the goods are as required before breaking any

packaging or seal. Shortages or breakages must be notified to TOC

within 3 days of receipt.

traceability of all medial devices and equipment dispatched by TOC.

Customers should retain information for products supplied by TOC

products without advance notice and without incurring obligation.

Terms & ConditionsReturnsAll credits and returns are issued at the discretion of TOC Head Office.

Customers must in the first instance call TOC with details of products

to be returned with reasons for the return.

Under the following conditions, customers may return for credit any

stock product with which they are not satisfied:

1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Products must be standard catalogue items in an unopened

condition and will only be accepted back from the original

purchaser.

3. Written explanation must accompany the goods, stating the

reason for dissatisfaction and quoting the original invoice

number.

4. Returned goods must be adequately packaged to withstand

delivery and carriage must be prepaid by the customer with

contents insured to the full invoice value. TOC is unable to credit

returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

5. All products must be in a new and resaleable condition, of current

design and in its original packaging. According to CE regulations,

items returned opened must be regarded as "used" and cannot

therefore be accepted back for credit.

6. TOC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain

products.

7. Special customer ordered products such as welded bands are

non-returnable.

8. Products supplied from other companies that are not standard

stock items are non-returnable.

CancellationsTOC reserves the right to cancel and order or balance of order without

liability. Customers are not able to cancel orders without the agreement

of TOC. A charge may be made to cover costs already incurred where

special items are cancelled.

Instrument Repairs & ReturnsTOC is prohibited from accepting instruments for evaluation or repair

without proof of sterilisation. Unless proof of sterilisation is provided

TOC reserves the right to either destroy these items or return them to

the sender.

LawThese terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
