The examination is the heart of education system. A small mistake by anyone who is involved in the examination system, can have the question papers leaked. Thus, it becomes difficult to manage or re-conduction of examination in short span of time. To deal with the above mentioned problem, a system has been developed, which provides a multilevel security check to secure the examination process where in a secured box has been designed which provides superlative security.

"The BITS Open Sports Meet (BOSM) is the

annual sports festival of BITS Pilani, Pilani

Campus. This much-awaited sporting

extravaganza, held from 13th September to

17th September, is a platform for college

teams to exhibit their exceptional sporting

talents and compete for superiority. Total 64

students of JIET participated in various event

and won 2 Gold medal, 1 silver and 4 Bronze

medal.

IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT ! The Annual Training Camp for the NCC Cadets was organized at Maulana Azad University, Bhujawar during September 17-26, 2019. A total of 19 NCC Cadets of JIET participated in the camp. The students outperformed in various events and competitions and claimed 12 Medals including Six Gold and Six Silver.

Two students from Mechanical Engineering II year, Mr. Manish Somnani and Mr. Vratik Vyas, were selected as ISP -15 (Internshala Student Partner Program). The students were selected on the basis of their performance among several aspirants across India out of 180 students. The students were given the responsibility of promoting internshala in their college.

It is the pride moment for JIET that #JIET-STRIKERS secured the first position in Instagram likes (1644) round with the support of every #JIETian and in the complete event, JIET_STRIKERS stood 2nd runner-up ( Prize Money INR 10000/-) with the highest scorer award in the category of brake and acceleration in Go-Cart state-level championship THAR 2020, held at #RTU Kota.

An Award Ceremony was organised at JIET Conference Hall on January 07, 2020 in which 45 participants were felicitated with the IBM certificates for the successful completion of prestigious IBM courses (IOT, Business Analytics and Cloud Computing). The certificates were awarded to students by Prof. (Dr.) K.K. Paliwal and Prof. (Dr.) Rajendra Karwa and Er. Sanjay Bhandari.

JGI maintains its own Training and

Placement Cell to facilitate summer

internship and placements by actively

interacting with the corporate world on a

regular basis. The Cell is playing a role of a

bridge between the industry and the

student community through meaningful

interaction which is intellectually

stimulating and brings awareness among

the students so that they are able to

prepare themselves according to the

changing demands of the industry.

A value added initiative, Virtual Campus Drive (VCD) is being organized by JIET every year to provide a platform to its students to get acquainted with the process of campus recruitment and on-campus drives. VCD gives a golden chance to the students to understand the intricacies and gain first –hand experience of the functioning of corporate world and their placement procedures. A kind of mock recruitment drive, the student participants sit through pre-placement talk, online test, GD round, technical and the HR interview. The students get an exposure by interacting with industry experts and alumni during the personal interview round.

The basic objective of PSD is to enhance the employability of the students. It comprises professionals from various domains.
