Welcome back my friends, to the showthat never ends. Before we have thejudges come out and explain the rules,we'd like to open with a statement aboutcomic books in general. If you use it as aguideline, you'll never be unhappy...

ONLY BUY COMICS THAT YOUREAD AND ENJOY!

We cannot stress that highly enough.Comics are an entertainment medium, and, as such, must provide you withentertainment for your dollar. Especiallyin these days of price increases and over-hyped title launches, it is important foryou, as a fan, to vote with yourpocketbook. Regardless of our personaltastes and recommendations to y'all youshould immediately quit reading any titlethat you don’t actively enjoy! Stopbuying a comic just to keep yourcollection complete, and stop buying it ifyou are "waiting for it to get better.” Allwe want is for you to be happy, and toalways feel that you are getting value foryour dollar. ‘Nuff said?

Now we'd like to talk about the rules ofthis Sub system:

1. You fill out a subscription updateform every month. The deadline to turnin your form is printed on the front of theform. You must also come in at least oncea month to pay for and clear out yourbooks. Exceptions can be made if, forexample, you are going out of town, butyou must inform us, in writing (any notewill do), to insure no interruption of yourservice. If you do not pick up your booksduring the month for which they wereordered, we will not hold them for you topick up late unless you give us writteninstructions to do so.

2. You must make a deposit and keep anup-to-date deposit form on file with us.You can make the deposit either with: 1)An executed verified credit card form(with the amount to be filled in should youfail to pick up your books), or 2) a cash

deposit of $5.00 or 50% of the value ofyour order, whichever is greater. Pleasenote that this deposit will be applied to anyoutstanding amounts you owe us forbooks that you have not picked up withinthe required time. If the deposit amount isnot sufficient, we may require you to paythe balance due before accepting anyother subscription form requests.

3. If you mark it, you buy it. We base ourorders on some items very closely to yourchoices, and will hold you to it.Submitting a sub-form is an explicitcontract. Of course, if we make an errorpulling your books, you may throw itback. You may tell us BEFORE a book isplaced in your box that you wish to cancelit, but once it makes it into your slot, you’re obligated to purchase what youordered.

4. We can only guarantee your order ifyou get it to us before the deadline, which is marked on the cover of the form. This especially pertains to any limiteditem. After this date, we will make everyeffort to fill your order, but can no longerassure it. This is generally not a problemwith most titles.

5. Please don't forget to put your nameon your form. Forms without names goinstantly into the garbage.

6. For your own sake, take your timewhen you fill out the forms. Make sureyou read the New Comics section for info, and ask us any specific questions you mayhave. We strongly urge you NOT tocomplete the form at the store. Do it athome where you can take some time toconsider your choices.

7. By turning in a form, you create alegal obligation to pay for and pick upthe books you chose. Just because youaren't paying for them right now, don't letyour eyes get bigger than yourpocketbook. It might behoove you to addup your choices, and make certain you canafford them in your budget. By signing

and delivering to us the subscription form, you agree to pay for and pick up all booksordered. By signing the deposit form andpaying us the deposit, you agree to allowus to use the deposit to cover the price ofany books you do not pick up!

We only have a limited amount of roomon the sub form , however we will happilyorder any item out of the distributor’scatalog that you desire. DiamondPreviews lists hundreds of products thatwe haven't the room for, and gives muchmore in-depth descriptions of titles. Allspecial orders have the same deadline asthe subscription form, and may be subjectto a further deposit (though that's veryrare!)

Thousands of more products areavailable each month and can be lookedat in Diamond’s PREVIEWS catalogonline:https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog

You can also find each week’s newreleases at:https://www.previewsworld.com/NewReleases

As well as a listing of what is on “finalorder cutoff” each week, including all ofthe variant covers and stuff like that –remember we do not order rack copiesof variant covers in most cases unlessthere are orders placed in advance!https://www.previewsworld.com/FinalOrdersDue ]

Thems the rules! If you have anyquestions, or need any clarificationswhatsoever, please feel free to directlycontact owner Brian Hibbs at:
