My 2009 Presentation on Unusual Environmental Factors

Postulate: Water Structure is influenced by a specific Self-Organizing Negatively-Entropic Cosmic Life-Energy, a pulsatile and excitable medium similar to the older luminiferous Cosmic Ether of Space, but highly water-attracting/affecting (Wilhelm Reich, Giorgio Piccardi) ===> COSMIC SPACE IS FILLED WITH ENERGY ===> Cosmic Space also has SIGNIFICANT WATER H, He, O are most abundant elements in universe H2O may be most abundant molecule?

Congruent with modern theories of Cosmic Plasmas (Berklund-Alfven c.1960s), Quantum Vacuum or Dark Matter theory, but not with any “empty space” “dead-universe” theory of cosmology-physics-chemistry-biology.

Are these bio-effects due to a direct influence upon biological water?

Preliminary indications suggest, Yes.

Orgone Accumulator functions: 1) can effect and are affected by atmospheric humidity 2) can also stimulate changes in the physical properties of water.

•  Water contained in surface or near-surface pipes ~ 8 hrs shows the effect. •  Fresh water from well depth of ~125 meters shows only reduced or no effect. •  Is this a contaminant in the pipes? ==> Control experiments with contaminants suggest this is not the case. •  “Something” absorbed from the local mountain-forest atmosphere, infusing the water, through the pipes? But not acquired at depth? •  Orgone accumulator charging experiments developed to amplify or induce this effect into bulk water.

Conclusions: 1. These results give good support to Reich. 2. The orgone accumulator device can increase seed

sprouting by ~35%. 3. Thermal anomaly in light & temperature shielded

accumulator tied to non-thermal solar excitation: approx. +0.5˚ C max at solar noon; midnight min.

4. Orgone-charged water shows lower evaporation; anomaly vanished during atomic fallout.

5. Orgone-charged Neutron/GM counter anomaly; very high CPM after charging over one year: ~2000-4000 cpm during higher sunspot count; declines to ~50-200 CPM during low sunspots. Normal control is ~2 CPM irrespective of sunspots.

Conclusions: 6. Orgone-charged water shows UV absorption anomaly

centered at ~240 nm, with suggestions of a ~280 nm exclusion-zone (EZ) water effect (??).

7. All these experiments require exacting orgone accumulator construction (dielectric/ferro-magnetic layers) and use in an optimal environment (high altitude, forested, away from atomic power plants, no electrosmog, no atomic fallout).

8. Stability of Reich accumulator effects depend upon atmospheric humidity/weather/sunspot parameters.

9. Experiments reveal correlations between non-thermal diurnal solar excitation, sunspot number, humidity/weather, and the properties of the vacuum
