1 . On attaining the age of 62 years Shri Jathi Pulu, has retired from the post of Member,AP PSC, ltanagar on 17.10.2014.

2. Shri C. P Mansai, Member was appointed as Member AP PSC, ltanagar w.e.f11.09.2014 andAdministered Oath of Office and Secrecyon 16.10.2014

3. Shri Nipo Nabam, Member was appointed as Member AP PSC, ltanagar w.e.f11 .09.2014 and Administered Oath of Office and Secrecy on 16.10.2014

OFFICE BUILDING :-

The Commission's Office is housed in the same double storied building allotted bythe Govemment ofArunachal Pradesh which was meant forAdministrative Training Centre.Necessary proposal for allocation of land and requisite fund for construction ofCommission's own office with examination hall, separate interview rooms, guest houseetc. as well as staff quarter is under submission to the Govemment of Arunachal Pradeshfor consideration.

CONVEYANCE:-

The Commission has 7 (seven ) SUVs (Scorpios), for the use of Hon'ble Chairman,Hon'ble Members, Secretary, Controller of Examination, Deputy Secretary and UnderSecretaries, and 1 (one) MarutiVan for all dak duties related to Recruitment Examinationsand attending court cases.

FINANCE:-

During the year reported upon, Government allotted a sum of t4,29,50,000 (Rupeesfour crore traenty nine lakhs fifty thousand ) only in the budget estimate forthe Commission.The total expenditure during the year was t 4,25,03,414 (Rupees four crore twenty fivelakhs three thousand four hundred fourteen ) only.

The total expenditure ot14,25,03,414 ( Rupees four crore twenty five lakhs threethousand four hundred fourteen) only has been shown in Appendix - 'B'

1. FIELD OFFTCER (GROUP - B)

As per the Government requisition no. DRRi/Estt-5312008-09118727 dated 30thJanuary, 2013 and No. DDR/Estt-53/2008-09/8993 dated 27th Febuary, 2013, theCommission issued an advertisement No. PSC-R/02I2013 dated 28th May,2013 invitingapplications from candidates for filling up of 01 (one) posts of Field Officer under theDepartment of Disaster Management. The Commission received total of 573 (five hundredseventy three) nos. of applications for the above mentioned posts and 506 (five hundredsix) candidates were called forthe written examination which was held on 14th & 15thDecember, 2013. On the basis of written examination 03 (three) candidates qualified forthe Viva-voce and 1 (one) candidate was selected by the Commission and recommendedthe name of the candidates to the Government for further necessary action from their end.

2. ASSTSTANT SOtL CONSERVATTON OFFTCER (cROUp -A):As perthe Government requisition no. SRWD-04/20121240 dated 26th Ju|y,2013,

lhe Commission issued an advertisement No. PSC-R/1 212013 daled 21st October, 20'1 3inviting applications from candidates for filling up of 07 (seven) posts of ASCO under theDepartment of RWD. The Commission received total of 133 (one hundred thirty three)nos. of applications for the above mentioned posts and '1'l g ( one hundred nineteen) werecalled for written examination which was held on 21st & 22nd November, 2014.

3. RESEARCH OFFTCER (GROUP-A):

As perthe Government requisition No. PD (EM)-09/2010 dated l2thAugust, 2010,the Commission issued an advertisement No. PSC-R/2212010 dated 27th November,2013 inviting applications from candidates for filling up of 02 (two) posts of ResearchOfficer underthe Department of Planning. The Commission received total of 469 (fourhundred sixty-nine) Nos. of applications for the above mentioned posts and 398 (threehundred ninety eight) candidates were called for the written examination which was heldon 27th & 28th September,2014. On the basis of written examination 07 (seven)candidates qualified for the Viva-voce which was held on 2'lst May, 2015 and 2 (two)candidate was selected bythe Commission and remmmended the name of the candidatesto the Government for further necessary action from their end.

4. RESEARCH ASSISTANT (GROUP-B):

As perthe Government requisition No. PD(EM)-2212008/985 dated 4th October, 2013,the Commission issued an advertisement No. PSC-R/23I2013 dated 28th November,2013 inviting applications from candidates for filling up of 04 (four) posts of ResearchAssistant underthe Department of Planning. The Commission received total of 891 (eighthundred ninety one) Nos. of applications for the above mentioned posts and 777 (sevenhundred seventy seven) candidates were called for the wriften examination which washeld on 29th & 30th December,2014.

5. GENERAL DUTY MEDTCAL OFFTCER (GDMO) HOMEO AND AYUSH (GROUP-A).

As perthe Government requisition No. HFW-2012012daled23rd January 2014, theCommission issued an advertisement No. PSC-R/O1/2014 dated 14th August, 2014inviting applications from candidates for filling up of 9 (nine) posts of Medical officer underthe Department Health and FamilyWelfare. The Commission received total 72 (seventytwo) Nos. of applications and the same number of candidates were called for the writtenexamination which was held on 21st January, 2015. On the basis of written examination25 (twenty five) candidates qualified for the Viva-voce which was held on 27th March,2015 and 9 (nine) candidates were selected and further 5 (five) candidates were kept inwaiting list in Homeo andAyush respectively bythe Commission and recommended thename of the candidates to the Government for further necessary action from their end.

6. DENTAL SURGEON (GROUP.A)

The recruitment for General Duty Medical Officer (Dental Surgeon) is subjudiced inHon'ble Gauhati High Court.

7. Combined Recruitment Assistant Engineer (civil)

posts for Assistant Engineer (Civil) under the Departments mentioned above. TheCommission received a total nos. of 765 (seven hundred sixty five) applications of which

737 candidates were called for written examination which was held on 1 Oth & 1'lth August,

2013. After written examination 66 (sixty six) candkJates were selected forviva voce test on28-05-2014 and finally 22 (twenty two) candidates got qualified and recommended to theGovemment for appointment.

8. Steno. Grade-lll (PA) UnderAPSS(General Cadre)

As perthe Government requisition No. EstU(A)-43l81A/ol-lll(pt) dated 18/022013. The

Commission issued advertisement Vide No. PSC-R(B)/0512013 dated 31/05/2013 forfilling up of 25 (twenty five) posts for $eno. GradeJll (PA) underAPSS(General Cadre). TheCommission received a total of 405 (four hundred & five) applications, thereafter, a total of342(threehundredfortytwo)candidates werecalled forspeedteston17l12l2013.TheCommission selected 59 (fifty nine) candidates forwritten examination which was conducted

on22-03-2014 and selected 39 (thirty nine) candidates. Out of 39 (thirty nine candidate, 17

(seventeen) candidates were selected and recommended for regular appointment and 22(twenty two) candidates were recommended for probationary appointmentfor 6 (six) months.

9. Upper Division Clerk forA.P. Civil Sectetariat.

As per the Government requisition No. Estt.(A)55/88/859 Dated 0210812013&No. Estt.(A)55/88 daled 1010712013. The Commission issued advertisement No. PSC-R(B)11412013 dated 25110t2013 for filling up 12 (twelve) posts of UDC for A.P CivilSecretariat. The Commission received a total of 4698 (four thousand six hundred ninetyeight) application. There after, a totalof 4455 (fourhousand four hundred fifty five) candidateswere called forAptitude Test on 7th September, 2014 and Commission selected 533 (fivehundred thirty three) candidates were called forwritten examination which was conductedon 29th November,2014 & 30th November, 2014.

10. Lecturer Government Polytechnic College of Arunachal Pradesh

As perthe Government requisition No ED/HE(T)-353/2009/9511 dated 1110212014.The Commission issued advertisement vide No. PSCR(B)0412014 dated 1Bl03l2014Iorfilling up 29 (twenty nine) posts of Lecturer in various discipline for Govemment polytechniccollege ltanagar. The commission received a total nos. of 364 (three hundred sixty four)application out of which 259 (two hundred fifty nine) candidates were called for viva vocetest 23rd August, 2014 and finally recommended 24 (twenty four) candidates to theGovernment for appointment and I (nine) candidates kept in panel of waiting list.

11 . Post of Assistant Professor for the Government Colleges

As per the requisition No. HE/CE-58/99 PU9285 dated24l02l2l14, the Commissionissued advertisement vide No. PSC-R(B)/081201 ,2014 for filling up of 30 (thirty) posts forAssistant Professor for Government College of Arunachal Pradesh The Commissionreceived a total of 82 (eighty two) application, out of which 66 (sixty six) candidates werecalled for viva voce test on 01-10-2014 and finally recommendd 16 (sixteen) candidates tothe Govemment for appointment.

12. Horticulture Development Officer, (Group-'A') Non ministerial Government ofArunachal Pradesh

As perthe Government requisition No. PD(ES)-3a120071104 dated 18-02-2014,hheCommission issued advertisement Vide No. PSC-R(B)/0612014 dated 11-06-2014 forfilling up 6 (six) posts of Horticulture Development Officer (Group 'A') (Non Ministerial)Government of Arunachal Pradesh. The Commission received a total nos. of 51(fifty one)applications.

13. Finance & Accounts OfficerlTreasury Officer (Group 'A' Gazetted) throughLimited Departnental Competitive examination.

As per the Government requisition No. DAIFAS/E-2212W6208 dated 2811012014,the Commission issued advertisement vide No. PSC-R(B)/2512014 daled 13th November,2014 forfilling up 1(one) post of Finance &Accounts Officer/Treasury Officer (group'A'Gazetted ) Departmental. The Commission received a total nos. of 40 (forty) applications.

14. Assistant Director (group 'A') Non Ministerial Under the Department of Textile& Handicrafts.

As per the Government requisition NO. DTH/E5TT/6612000120 dated 07-01-201 5,the Commission issued advertisement vide No. PSC-R(8)10112015 dated 28-01-2015for filling up 01 (one) post of Assistant Director (Group 'A') Non Ministerial under theDepartment of Textile & Handicrafts. The Commission received a total nos. of 51(fiftyone) applications.

The Draft Service Rules of various depadments were sentto the Commission for Clearance/Advice /Comments.

l. Amending/Framing of Recruitment Rules/Service Rules cleared by Commission duringthe period are as follows:-

(i) Framing of Recruitment Rules for the post of Assistant Director in the Deptt. ofKarmic and Adhyatmik (close-Rig) affairs, ltanagar, Government ofArunachalPradesh.

(ii) Framing of Syllabus for Recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer HydroPower Department.
