立了一间子公司。BGH Polska Sp. Z o.o.在自己的销售区域供应BGH集团的全部产品

此外，自2004年4月份以来，BGH Polska也成了一间生产工厂，生产热轧扁平钢棒

材。波兰的卡托维兹（Katowice）设有一

条一流的生产线，通过配套使用扁平棒材

轧制机组和连轧机，我们几乎能为客户连

续提供全尺寸产品系列。生产所需的预制

料，主要由BGH钢厂提供。

For the open up of strategical important markets in eastern Europe the BGH Group established on the 1st of January 2002 an own subsidiary company. Within the scope of its own sales regions, BGH Polska Sp. z o.o. takes care of the sales for the whole product range of BGH, whereas every sales office (see map) has its own stock.

More over, since April 2004 BGH Polska is a production plant also. BGH Polska produces hot rolled flat bars. For this, a state of the art production line is available in Katowice, which provide the customer with a large dimension range almost continuously due to a flat rolling block in conjunction with a continuous rolling mill. The pre-material for the production is primarily provided from the BGH steel works.

The flat bar steel rolling mill of BGH Polska consists of one 700 two-high reversing mill, one 16-standed continous rolling mill for production of sizes between 17 x 5mm and 75 x 5mm and one 5-standed flat rolling block with extended 45m cooling bank for sizes from 75 x 5mm to 250 x 70mm.

By their equipment of induction heating and cooling lines, all pass lines allow the well-directed temperature control of the rolling process.

BGH Polska扁平钢棒材轧制机包括：一台

We can produce flat and square dimensions in the whole dimension range in 1 mm steps. Further dimensions with other plus or minus tolerances can be produced on agreement.

Alloyed constructional steel合金结构钢

BGH Polska生产范围的一部分。

Alloyed constructional steels offer a wide application range. This ranges from structural steelwork, processing machinery to high-temperature equipment in the power-generating plant engineering.

It goes without saying that we produce also constructional steels for nitriding, which are used for machines and plants with high surface hardness and core flexibility and subject to compliance, of appropriate strength. Also wear resistant alloy constructional steel for the production of rings, rolls, linear railsystems and bearings are part of the production range of BGH Polska.

Tempering steels回火钢

回火钢用于制造工程用钢制零件，如，

轴、辊子、机轴、传动装置、发动机连

杆、杠杆、活塞杆、汽缸等等。这种钢以

Tempering steels are used for the manufacturing of engineering steel parts like axises, rolls, crankshafts, gears, connection rod in engines, levers, piston rods, cylinders, etc. This steel group distinguishes by very good weldability and machinalbility. Those grades are applied in the machine and plant engineering, in power-generating plant engineering and shipbuilding.

However case hardening steels are used for the production of engineering steel steel parts which are hardened and tempered or hardened isothermal.

Tool steel工具钢

Cold work steel is used by die manufacturers for press and cold shaping and by cutter producers for cutters for wood, metals, plastics, pneumatic chisels, etc.

Of course our range of tool steels cannot be exceeded in its diversity. Hot forming tool steel is applied, among others, for the production of stamps, dies, punches and presses.

For customers who need material with a high reformability, but which has a low heat conductivity and is still weldable and resistant, BGH offers a wide varity of austenitic steels. In this material group we also offer heat-resistant steel which guarantees a high stability at high temperatures.
