● Reviews are a reflection of how well properties are satisfying their guests’ needs.

● Reviews help identify areas of improvement that properties can act on.

● According to our data*, properties with higher review scores perform better on Booking.com.

Why are guest reviews so important?

Introducing the new Guest Reviews IFrame

This allows properties to:

● manage their reviews via your platform

● improve guest experiences by replying to reviews

● help properties improve their service by showing them how they’re doing

With the Guest Reviews API, your properties spend less time clicking in and out of your platform. This creates a better user experience – and more loyal users.

In February 2019, we released the Guest Reviews API.

● All reviews for a specific property.● Highlights from guests liked and

didn’t like.● Overall review score.● Easy replies to guests’ reviews.● Check which reviews haven’t been

replied to yet.

And in August 2019, we released a new version for partners with fewer resources available: the Guest Reviews IFrame
