Food is essential for
survival, health, and
well-being important
to ensure quality &
nutritious food.
Food preparation can be
enjoyable and interesting task for
anyone if the kitchen is
conveniently located and the tools
and equipment are properly and
systematically arranged.
It is important to acquire skills in
classifying, arranging, maintaining,
and caring for kitchen tools and
equipment. Safety rules and
regulations in the kitchen should
always be followed. These should
be strictly implemented.
