Jeevan Tatava– A System by Yog Yogeshwar Ramlal Ji Bhagwan

Procedure-Lie flat on the ground with the two arms held together. Now raise the twoarms, with fingers of one hand locked with the fingers of the other, upwards from theabdominal region and stop when they touch the ground. They must be fully stretchedwith palms facing the feet and must move in a circular path with air deeply inhaled.Now release the breath gradually as the system is given a reverse motion to reach theposition of start.Duration-Repeat it three times in the beginning.

NAADI TAAN

Procedure-Sit cross-legged on the ground. Keep the spine erect. Move the rightshoulder in a circle after raising it towards the ear. A similar rotary motion is givento the other shoulder also. Simultaneous and alternate movements are alsogiven to the shoulders.Duration- Continue it for a minute or two.

SHUSHKA NEOLI

Procedure-Lie flat on the ground. Place one foot over the other. Now turn thebody side ways till the toes touch the ground. The two arms rest on the twosides.

Duration- In two beginning eight to ten times.

Benefits-It improves blood circulation by eliminating all sorts of rheumaticdiseases in the lower half of the body.

NAABHI CHALAN

Procedure-Lie flat on the ground. Place the two arms on the sides. Join thetwo feet and move sideways the abdomen along with lower half of the body.

Duration-In the beginning eight to ten times.

PAG CHALAN

BAL-MACHALAN Procedure-It resembles the natural movements of an infant it weeps lyingon the ground or shows resentment against something. This posture is just animitation of the above motion performed in an order manner.

Benefits-It removes all troubles from tip to toe, relating to nerves.Rheumatic disorders from organs e.g. liver, abdomen, kidneys,In general it helps all diseases and tones up nervous system.

ANTRA CHALANProcedure-Lie flat on the ground. Now press the right heel against the root ofleft thigh. Pressing hard against the thigh let to the knee touch the ground.Then stretch the leg hurriedly. Now do it in a similar fashion with the otherleg.Duration-In the beginning three times.Benefits-

It eliminates extra fat form the feet, knees and, thighs and removesrheumatic disorders.

It removes all troubles connected with 'Naabhi'.

SHAVASANA

Procedure-Lie down straight with your back on the ground. Let the armsspread on the two sides a little away from the body towards feet. Now inhaledeeply as the tongue rests against the palate and contemplate with deepconcentration that the vital 'Prana' is entering the mind, lungs, stomach,hands and feet and it revitalizing whole of your body. You are getting moreand more active and youthful. While releasing the breath, think earnestly thatall impurities and harmful germs are going out of the body. It is repeatedthree times.Duration-It can be continued till the whole body and mind get relaxed andthe systems therein get revitalised.

Ghrit Neti – Medicated Cow Ghee in Nostrils

One of the many benefits of Medicated desicow ghee is, pure cow ghee can be used asGhrit Neti. If you are using desi ghee as nasaldrops at home use it in morning and 30 minbefore your food. You can use 5ml of pure cowghee into each nostrils. Jalneti (Mendatory)

Procedure-Fill the specially prepared, nozzle fitted, tinned brassvessel with warm, filtered clean saline water. Now sit on the twofeet, keeping the spine erect and hold the vessel in the righthand. Now tilting the head a little towards left, fix the nozzle inthe right nostril raising the vessel to an adequate height. Let thewater flow of its own and pass through the other nostril,flushing and cleaning the whole of the system. Reverse theprocedure so that a regulated stream of water flows through the

left nostril and comes out of the right. In this manner nearly one litre ofwater should be passed from both the sides. It emphasises that one onecontinue to be called a living being till the time 'the pran vayu'(Oxygen)circulates in the body, otherwise one is 'dead' in its absence. Thus'pranayama' is like a nectar i.e. something life giving for the living being.A perfect control on 'pran vayu' that can only be achieved through'pranayama' make the man not only immortal but also makes himcapable of enjoying the 'Eternal Bliss' and the divine powers of Almighty.

Sutraneti

Sit in the crow-pose; moisten the cotton string in a pot of water for½ a minute. Take hold of the top end in the fingers of left hand, themiddle of the string in those of the right. The string should beinserted into one nostril. At that time there is a little sensation andsneezing as well. the string should gradually be worked into thenostril, till it touches the uvula. Now open the mouth & catch holdof the string with the index and middle fingers of the right hand.This string should be very gently moved in the nostril for some time.The string should, and then right hand simultaneously pushing it inthrough the mouth till it is finally taken out. The process should berepeated. With which adjoining facial nerves are cleaned, apartfrom mucous membranes.

Occasionally the student might not succeed at first attempthowever, one should not loose courage and try daily. One willfind that the thing, which seemed impossible, is now in one’sgrasp. www.yog.cc

PRANAYAMA

पराणायामं ततः कुयाान्नित्यं सान्विकया धिया |यथा सुष्हुम्णा-िाडीस्था मलाः शदुधि ंपरयान्नत छ ||

Therefore, Prâṇâyâma should be performed daily with sâtwika buddhi (intellect free from raja and tama or activity and sloth), in order to drive out the impurities of the suṣumnâ.

Purak, Kumbak, Rechak: First inhale deeply through right nostril. Retain the breath is stomach or head and then release it through left nostril. Now reverse the process by inhaling through left nostril and releasing through right.Duration: Three times in the beginning.

Bhastrika: Sit in the lotus pose. Now exhale and inhale alternately. It should be deep and rapid resembling the working of a blacksmith's bellows.Duration: Eight to ten times in the beginning.
