Board vide oflice order dated 14.10.2019 has constituted three

teams for inspection of all the 34 disputed stone crushers. Thc

':^WS;.03.2019 has observed that 35 illegal stone crushGoy sners are

being illegally operated in Moda pahad area. However, it is

submitted that the officials of the State Board have inspected

the disputed area and there are 34 stone crushers instead of

35.

3) That the State Board vide letter dated 74.l}.2olg has also

directed the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jhunjhunu to provide a

clear point wise factual report of all 35 stone crushers regarding

(i) distance from habitation (ii) distance from National Highway

& State Highway (iii) lard conversion status of a1l disputed

crushers (iv) location of these stone crushers on revenue khasra

maps, on or before 22.10.2019. The photo copy of the letter

dated 14.70.2019 is annexed herewith and marked as

Annexure-R/2.

It is submitted that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate,

Jhunjunu vide letter dated 20.11.2O19 submitted the details as

SDM letter dated 14.10.2019 is annexed herewith and marked

as Annexure-R/3.

That the teams of the olficials of the State Board have inspected

all the 34 disputed stone crushers on 16.10.2019 and

17.10.2079 and submitted their inspection reports. On the

basis of deficiencies observed during the inspection in each

case, the State Board has issued show cause notices dated

21,17.2019 for intended revocation of consent; intended

directions for closure and imposition of eovironment

compensation to all the 34 stone crushers directing them to

submit reply by 10.12.201.9. The photo copy of the show cause

notices dated 27.71.2079 alongwith list of all the 34 stone

crushers are annexed herewith and marked as Aanexure-R/4

lColl.f. Further action would be taken against all the stone

crushers in accordance with law and the frnal action taken

report would be submitted at the earliest to this Hon'ble

Ttibunal.

That in the light of submissions made herein above, it is

requested that the compliance report may kindly be taken on

record.
