The Secondaryportion of ttre program, which is from Grade 7 to Grade 12, is theequivalent of the four (4) years of junior high school lerrcl studiee andtwo (2) years of aenior high school level etudies.

Beotloa 11. Foreign scholars, trainees, participants, students,volunteere, fellows or professore appointed, eelected, hircd, employed,or contracted by tlle Academy shall be allowed eotry as special non-immigrarts under Section a7 @l l2l of Coomonwealth Act No. 613,otherwise known as "The Philippine Immigration Act of 194O," asamended, afrd as such shell be exempt from the payment of visa andimaigration fees; houided, That such lrersonB arc holder of validpasBports and are not otherwise disqualilied.

Soctlon 12. Notwithstanding the prerogatives granrcd under the Actand this IRR, DepEd shall exercise reaeonable eupervieion andregulation ovct the Academy. The Academy shall adhere to baaic laws,and rule6 and regulations of DepEd governing private schoolgapplicable to foreign or intemational schools.
