From the Principal’s Desk
Dear Parents,
With the onset of the summer months from April, school once again opened its portals for the new session. An important day of Parents’ orientation marked the beginning of a series of events. The details are covered in the pages within. One significant feature apart from the other programmes
was the board results which added another feather in the cap. Remarkably this year, a large number of students got admission in IIT/JEE/PMT and other prestigious fields and made the school proud. The felicitation ceremony also witnessed a large number of students receiving the
scholar’s badge and many more honours.Undoubtedly the chunk of the credit goes to our Parents, students as well as my dedicated teaching faculty.
All in all the months of April to June gave our students ample opportunities to learn and explore their talents.
Another important thing that I need to mention specially is the effective day to day communication between the teachers and parent through the new ERP provided by EDUNEXT.The mobile app has really made it handy and convenient for both teachers and parents to interact fruitfully.
I sincerely look forward to a year full of learning and experimenting with the joint efforts of my teachers and my dear parents.
With best wishes
Thanking you With regards
R.K.Pandey Principal

Budding Young Writers
Budding young writers can give a spring to new ideas of creative writing. It is not only a competition about writing but also an opportunity through which one can freely express his/her imagination and creativity; and when such an opportunity is given at an early stage of schooling, children tend to create beautifully.
Such an inspiring activity was conducted for the Junior Wing students (classes III, IV & V) on 16th April 2015 in the House Activity Period where the students were asked to utilize an activity sheet to enhance their creativity.
For class III the students had to arrange the given pictures in proper sequence, form a story in about12 sentences and conclude it by providing a suitable moral. It was great to observe that the students used multiple intelligence to complete the story.
Simultaneously class IV Students were provided with few pictures of daily use products and were asked to make an advertisement for those products. Students grabbed the opportunity and wrote wonderful jingles, poems and slogans using their imagination about the world of advertisements.
The students of class 5 were provided with concluding stories. The beginning of the stories were given on the sheet and students were supposed to imagine a proper ending for the stories. It was observed that students were very curious about concluding incomplete stories in their own words.
