PROJECT REPORT

1-AUTHORITY:- This estimate for proposed construction of cremation ground at different places of Nagar Palika Parishad/Nagar Panchayat in Uttar Pradesh has been prepared as per instruction given by principal Secretary Urban Development Department of U.P

Govt.

2-TYPR OF STRUCTURE:- The structure of the Building is load bearing structure and brick masonry work with

cement sand and mortar.

3-PROVISION:- 4 No of Cremation Platform and related work has been taken in this estimate.

4-RATES:- Estimate has been prepared on the basis plinth area rate approved by U.P.P.WD dated 01.01.2018. The rates of such items which do not exist in this schedule, rates have been taken on the basis of current D.S.R. or as per actual rates considering all

the taxes & wastage

5-CONCLUSION:- With the above remarks, the preliminary estimate for the proposed construction of cremation Ground at different Places of Nagar Palika Parishad/Nagar Panchayat

amounting to Rs 30.75 Lacs.

PlinthArea Rates as applicable on 1.10.2007Reprinn were iast circulated under Memo no.

SE(3&S)/EE-11/AE-IIII dated 19.7.2010 along with annexure to IV Relevant cost indices with reference to base 100 as 1.10.2007 shall continue to be applicable on these plinth area rates for works in

progress etc.

Rules for wurking OW plinth arra front plans

In order to ensure the adontion *of a uniform method ofworking out plinth areas ,rom plans. the following niles are laid doN‘n. These rules are General in narure and should be taken as a guide. They are based on the fundamental principle that the plinth area of a building should present a true picture of the covered floor area provided in the plan.

1. GENERAL

The total plinth area ola building: shall be the sum total of the plinth area at every floor including the basement, if any

Internal sanitary shafts shall not be included in the plinth area in the case of a residential building any floor level. at

In case of non-residential building internal shafts for sanitary installations, air-conditioning ducts. lifts etc. shall be included in the plinth area at all floor levels.

The area of the mumty at terrace level shall not be included in the plinth area. If a Barsati is provided jointly with mumty then the area of the Barsati excluding mumtv at the terrace level shall be included in the plinth area as shown below in the hatched area.

(e) Towers, turrets domes projecting above the terrace shall not be included in the plinth area at terrace level, but shall be allowed for separately for costing purposes.

PLINTH AREA OF GROUND FLOOR

The plinth area of the ground floor shall be calculated at the plinth level excluding the plinth oftiset s .provided such plinth off-sets are not more than 2 In Cases where the hui ldme consisr; or. columns projecting . beyond cladding;
