Bal Bharti Academy (BBA) is a Non-Government and not for profit NGO registered under

Section 21, Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is engaged in various developmental,

training and other socially important activities such as health, livelihood, women

empowerment, skill development, infrastructure development for relief to poor and needy

since 1970. The society is covered under section 80G, 12A of Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 and

empaneled with Government of India – Niti Aayog - NGO Darpan. BBA is also registered with

Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).

We have successfully completed various projects with Government Ministries, Industry Bodies,

MNCs, International Agencies and PSUs like Ministry of Minority Affairs, ASSOCHAM India,

Larson and Toubro (L&T), Kohler India, District Jail Meerut, CII, BHEL, IOCL, HPCL, United India

Insurance Corporation, BPCL and successfully launched our Incubation center at our premises in

New Delhi in October 2019 to help the budding entrepreneurs and technology development as

per Skill India and Make in India initiatives.

With target of real ground level impact that brings relief to needy, BBA has been engaged in

capacity building/skill development/livelihood training on important subjects including utensils

making (from eco-waste), IT/ITES, art & craft, rural entrepreneurship development and basic

habitation programs.

We have also executed various projects in Rural Infrastructure Development, Infrastructure

Development like building community sheds in villages, erecting solar street lights in villages,

etc. We are also working aggressively towards health & hygiene under our women

empowerment initiatives where we have trained more than 25000 women in various aspects of

livelihood and Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM).

BBA has also established international platforms and conducted several events in order to bring

together industry and government bodies for grounding special & specific projects that lead to

creation of employment by promoting entrepreneurship, mentorship, innovation and creativity.

We have an enthusiastic and energetic team together who are excited to work on the various

impactful and strong initiatives/assignments taken up by us.

On April 12, 2019, a workshop on Green Jobs was held with ASSOCHAM, NAFED and IOCL in Delhi

One Day Skilling Program on Menstrual Hygiene Management Village: NanglaHareru District Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Dated 10.08.2019

On September 5th 2019, BBA in association with the “Rotary Club” and “AyusmanSansthan” gave

financial support to the prisoners of District Jail Meerut

International Conference on Skilling on Menstrual Hygiene and its impact on Gender Equality held

on 12th September 2019 at the Le-Meridien, New Delhi.

Launch of BBA Incubation Centre on 8th October 2019 at BBA office, Delhi

In December 2019, 2 products were launched at our Incubation Centre, Delhi

employability” on 27th November, 2019 at New Delhi organized by ASSOCHAM India.

BBA signed MoU with ASSOCHAM and Angadpal Industries Private Limited for the

Implementation of DDUGKY projects in 7 states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar,

Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Assam and Jammu & Kashmir

2019: Bal Bharti Academysigns MoU with ASSOCHAM for Skill Development &

Entrepreneurship Initiatives & Projects

BBA Team organized and facilitated Jobs in Japan for nursing candidates in

support ofSkill India Mission in Jammu under TITP project

BBA facilitates MoU between ASSOCHAM with Shadowfax to create skill

development &entrepreneurship model to provide 1.60 lac jobs in next 2-3 years

under logistics & hospitality sector

BBA is continuously supporting Shaheed Bhagat Singh Brigade that is working on ground level

to support the needy during this pandemic. Support to more than 13000 families has been

provided so far. Apart from that financial assistance is being provided to few Gurudwaras and

other social organizations working at ground level.
