Managing Masters In Bulk


Often the onboarding and assignment of contract labour happens in hundreds in numbers. Bulk master

management enables you to perform operations on all workers at once.

Fetch Profile details through government APIs and Assign designation, department, working shift, work hour round

up rule, man-days calculation rule, contractor in bulk and manage the whole system with ease.

As per government norms, the system will notify the labours whose ‘n’ months have been completed and their

current contract need to break and onboard them again after preset limit.

Government often defines the Monthly / Quarterly Overtime Limit

for a contractual labour. The overtime request for labours whose

monthly / quarterly limit has exceeded, get rejected

instantaneously.

The supervisor captures real faces of all labours for whom he is

sending the overtime request.

The system validates all faces, and rejects request for those who

has reached their monthly / quarterly overtime limit.

The system suggests the list of labour within overtime limits to

supervisor for better utilization of head counts.
