During 2013-2014, LebracsRubber has executed a largeorder for Iron Ore Plant ofJindal SAW Ltd., inRajasthan. The Order coversfabrication and rubber liningof 32 Tanks and Pipes &Fittings of sizes ranging from50 NB to 400 NB.
Rubber lining was doneusing Soft Natural rubberwith thickness of 6 mm,9mm & 12 mm.

The Pressurized Sand Filters were Rubber Linedwith hot vulcanizing done at our factory underinspection of Bureau Veritas and BefesaInternational, Spain.
The rubber lined area of Food Grade Neoprenerubber covered was 4592M².
Each Pressurized Sand Filter had perforated plateswith 2167 holes to be rubber lined for insertingPolypropylene Nozzles.
