TESTING AND

CERTIFICATION

Testing and commissioning of the Mechanical and Electrical Systems are essential final steps to guarantee that correct and

accurate operation were achieved.

The Testing and Certification are included in all AGACONS projects and is available as a separate service. We offer a comprehensive

management and documentation service for testing and commissioning works. We employ experienced technicians and

utilize modern equipment to thoroughly evaluate our clients exact requirements.

This includes analysis for Structural, Air Distribution System, Chilled

Water System, and Fire Protection, following procedures set by international standards.

Quality Control in Agacons Construction Inc. is established to ensure that only high quality projects/systems are to be provided to every Client. Quality control includes all stages of work starting from the preparation of projects, design study, purchase and receiving of materials, quality of installation, quality of workmanship, testing and commissioning and project hand-over. COMPANY OVERVIEW

Agacons Construction Inc. (ACI) was founded and incorporated under the Philippine Law in January 2008. ACI is a Triple A company engaged in the construction of mainly industrial projects comprised of civil, structural, architectural works, and specializations in electro-mechanical and process systems. Over the years of ACI’s existence, it had its work involvement in various projects; the most noteworthy are as follows:

• UNILAB LABORATORIES INC. (Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna) as the general contractor in the construction of its most modern pharmaceutical plant in Asia.

• ZUELLIG PHARMA CORP. (Sucat, Paranaque) as a design and build contractor for their Cold and Cool Room Facility which involves of Site Development, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electro-Mechanical and Refrigeration System.

• PMFTC INC. as an electro-mechanical contractor of the country’s biggest cigarette manufacturing company with plants and facilities at Sto Tomas, Batangas and Subic, Zambales.

• HAMILO COAST/PICO DE LORO as a mechanical contractor installing the lagoon waterline of the finest high-end resort complex , owned and managed by Costa Del Hamilo, Inc under the umbrella organization of SMDC, located at Nasugbu, Batangas.

• NESTLE PHILIPPINES INC. as a general contractor doing the various civil, mechanical, and process piping works for their facilities in Lipa and FPIP Plant.

• AMHERST LABORATORIES INC. as a designer & contractor of warehouse & admin office with Architectural, Fit-out, Interior Design and Electro-Mechanical Works at Mamplasan Biñan, Laguna.

• BELMONT SOFTGEL PHARMA CORPORATION as an Electro-Mechanical & Civil Contractor for the first Pharma Plant, including Site Development at Floridablanca, Pampanga.

Simultaneous with ACI’s accomplishment is its steady resources build up in terms of new office and warehouse construction and recruitment of competent professionals in their respective fields.
