Learning Methodology

Business School Netherlands is a proud pioneer of Action Learning in a university context and all our programmes focus on its implementation as an effective and powerful management and decision-making strategy.

Instead of a purely theoretical focus, we believe that truly effective learning can only take place if put into action and if the results can be measured.

Benefits for Organisations Business School Netherlands aims to deliver measurable value to both our students and their organisations through Action Learning. Students are required to engage with real challenges and opportunities that they carry responsibility for. Actions taken and reflections on those actions lead to optimisation of organisational structures, policies and strategies. An organisation’s human capital is arguably one of its most important resources and our Action Learning focus seeks to develop managers and professionals into effective decision makers.

Benefits to Organisations Include: • Developing staff who can identify threats and opportunities • Fostering a corporate culture of collaboration, open communication and continuous learning • Improving policies and procedures with input from all departments and stakeholders • Cultivating a mindset of proactive problem solving

amongst managers and professionals • Cost savings through elimination of wasteful practices

and a focus on market demands and trends
